Background: Eiji Tanaka is the next Kamen Rider Vail & Destream, he is the successor of Genta Igarashi. Eiji is a friend of Daisuke when they are in middle school, Eiji is an idiot and funny Otaku that Daisuke is see him as an idiot. But Eiji hate bully a lot. When Eiji got bully by other bully in middle school until Daisuke beat the bully up and they scare of Daisuke, Eiji admire Daisuke as he want to learn martial art from Daisuke. Daisuke accept it and he train Eiji how to fight. Soon Eiji learn about martial arts from Daisuke, Eiji show Daisuke about Kamen Rider and they love Kamen Rider, they become best friend. Now Eiji reunite with Daisuke in high school, and Eiji meet Daisuke's girlfriend, Hina. Which make Eiji become friend with Hina but he scare of Hina's Yandere side personality.
