Yeah rias in this book (yes adding serafall as Cameo apperance she'll play a crucial part role because her job is foreign affairs to Pina's new country verndansk) is not nerfed to hell like the sad Canon one
I always have her more of a fighting not giving a fuck attitude & nice personality to protect humans despite who she is the way rory sees her like.
