The whole day had been planned out for them, all they had to do was go through it. Waking up at 2 in the morning, Hayeon made her way towards Soobin's room. It was dark and Soobin was sound asleep. Of course, it was 2 in the freaking morning. If it isn't for the fact that Hayeon couldn't close her eyes and forced herself to sleep, she wouldn't even be walking to his room like she is now. Beomgyu had locked the door and even knocking became useless so Hayeon choses to find Soobin instead.
Silently, Hayeon climbs onto the bed and next to Soobin. Being the light sleeper he is, he immediately woke up. "Hayeon? Did something happen?" Hayeon shook her head, "I can't sleep and Beomgyu oppa locked the door again. You can go back to sleep. I'll just be here." Soobin's heart melt at the tired voice from the maknae. He knows she's beyond tired and couldn't fall asleep is tiring and frustrating her out beyond recognition.
So, he gently scoops the girl into his arms. His arms wrapped around her smaller frame as her head rested comfortably against his chest. Simply by hearing his steady heartbeat, Hayeon could feel her eyelids getting heavier. Soobin doesn't say anything. He just simply caressed her hair, knowing that she could easily fall asleep with it. "I love you, oppa. Goodnight."
Soobin smiled and sighed in content. "I love you too, Hayeon ah. Goodnight, baby."

Soobin could be real stern at times, especially when they're practicing. The boys are real professional when it comes to performing on stage and practicing but the process to get them to start being professional is kind of hard. They joke around most of the times and it tires Soobin out. He's an introvert after all. It's expected that his social battery gets quickly drained after such an intense event.
Another person that's an introvert is no other than Hayeon. While everyone is running around and getting pumped up, she sat on the couch alone, silently watching them with a cute smile on her lips. Hayeon doesn't really say what she had in mind so it's hard to figure her out. Soobin decided to pay more attention to her so that he could understand what's going on in that beautiful mind of hers. At first, he couldn't understand anything but the more he did so, the more he understands.
Approaching her, she patted the empty seat on the couch next to her. He sat down. "Don't you want to join them? You're always here alone. Isn't it lonely?" Hayeon shook her head. "Why would I be lonely when you're all here? I don't need to join them to have fun. Just seeing them so happy is enough to make me feel the same. Besides, I don't have that much energy to play with them. I'll get tired so much easier."
Soobin agreed with Hayeon. She's an introvert after all. "But oppa?" Soobin hummed. "I know you're always worried about me feeling left out in the group but you don't have to worry about it. Everyone treats me very nicely and I've never felt like I'm being left out." He smiled and ruffled her hair lovingly. Just how can he not love such a cute and pure human being? "That's good to know, baby."
Smiling, Hayeon wrapped her arms around the boy's arm. "I've gotten myself such an amazing group with such an amazing leader. At this point, I think I'm super lucky. Don't you think so, oppa?" She turned to him, her cute dimples making their appearance. For a while, Soobin is lost in her eyes. She's just so cute that he thinks that he's going crazy. "Oppa?"
"Yes?" Hayeon pouted once she realised that Soobin wasn't paying attention. "Yes, of course. You could say it like that, baby. Anyway, let's get to practice again or I'll seriously go crazy with them being this loud."

Soobin surely loves Hayeon a lot but he can't help but to tease her about her height. She's no doubt the shortest in the group, standing at only 159 cm. Being the tallest in the group gave him some kind of cockiness and he always uses it to tease Hayeon. Just like right now.
Hayeon is climbing up the cabinet to reach the top of it for some snacks that Yeonjun had hide away from her. The cabinet is pretty tall, considering most of them are tall. However, it wasn't that great for Hayeon. Whenever this happen, she need to climb on top of the counter and opened the cabinet while on the counter. It was dangerous so she always asked the member for help but on some occasions, they would tease her for her height so she just went up to take the thing by herself.
"What are you doing on the countertop, baby? Didn't Yeonjun hyung said that you aren't allowed to go on top of it?" Hayeon turned around to face Soobin. Her blue hair are tied up into cute pigtails, a result of Beomgyu's and Taehyun's shenanigans. "No one wanted to help me and Yeonjun oppa purposely hide the snack on the top cabinet so that I couldn't reach it."
Her lips quiver slightly, afraid to be scolded by Soobin. They never get mad at her or even scolded her but still. It was making her kind of nervous. "Get down. I'll help you to take it." She nodded her head and was about to get down when she accidently pushed the little stool further away from where she is, making it hard for her to get down. Soobin watches as she struggles. "Urm. I need help."
It was pure fascination for Soobin. Just how much smaller can she be? "What's the magic word, baby?"
"Please?"
Soobin played a deaf ear towards her please. That's when Yeonjun walked into the kitchen after going out to do the groceries with Hueningkai. "Choi Soobin! How dare you?! I left Hayeon in your watch and this happened?! God." Before Yeonjun could step forward to help Hayeon get down, he rushed to her and carried her on his back. Yeonjun glared at the leader in anger. "She's fine, hyung. Besides, I wasn't going to let her stay on the countertop. I know it was dangerous so you can stop worrying. She's alright," he then turned his head to the side slightly, "are you okay, baby?"
Hayeon gritted her teeth and held Soobin in a chokehold. He groaned in suffocation. "You're an asshole, oppa. I hope Odi poops in your room and you'll step on his wet poop." She then get off Soobin's back and ran back to her room. "Yah! Song Hayeon! You're so dead!"
Giggles were heard from Hayeon. Soobin smiled and ran to her room. "You better run because best believe if I catch you, I'll tickle you until you beg me to stop. Just wait Hayeon."
