Lance Pov:
We finish rehearsal and started packing up to leave
I still can't believe Keith was jealous. It's kinda...comforting knowing he cares
Besides zeke is kind of more annoying then what i remember him to be.
But at the same time he is still a friend but....it feels like we've distanced from each other, which, of course, since we haven't seen each other since we were kids
And Zeke....changed. Before he was always smiling to everyone but now he seems like he's hiding something which he would never do, he was always so honest to the point of it being brutal.
Of course I've changed too. I no longer go around playing knight and I've made more friends rather then just having one before
"Hey you coming" keith says as he taps my arm to knock me out of my thoughts
"Yeah" i say as i pick up my guitar and follow him out
I like the changes to my life now. especially the mullet
End of school and pidge managed to convince the group to go to the arcade so here we are.
The gremlin runs off to go play a zombie game while hunk and allura go play Mario cart which I'm betting on hunk. I've been playing games with hunk and pidge for years and between him and pidge I could barely ever get a win. In any game. Hunk just happens to be the best at Mario cart.
I spot my faveret game and drag keith over to dance off.
"You can't be serious" mullet says as he crosses his arms
"Of course I'm serious. First of all" I dramatically lift up one finger "this is the best game and second of all" I put up two fingers "we've got a big competition coming up and we have to improve our dance skills. It's educational dancing"
He rolls his eyes but wears a surrendering smile as he trudges onto the dance machine with me.
I set the dance machine to 2 player and dance this choreography
AN: just try to imagine this choreography with 2 people and while looking for this I found this vid and thought it was cool
Anyway back to story
Lances Pov:
I won. Was there ever any doubt? Though I have to admit keiths actually better at this then I thought. He does NOT look like the dancing type at all.
After a few more games we collect our tickets and go get prizes

Pidge: new ps controller
Hunk: puppy key chain and cup

Keiths pov:
Some took forever to pick what they wanted but once everyone got what they wanted we decided to head for a cafe which is great because as my shirt says 'I need some coffee'.
Though as draining as this day has been, it wasn't that bad. And I won more games than Lance, so I got some bragging rights out of this too. I did better then allura aswell but that wasn't hard she was surprisingly bad at most except for the odd space games.
We sat at the best cafe in my opinion and I got my coffee. The group chatted for a few hours before we split up and headed home. Being the gentleman I am I walked Lance back home and got a peck before he shuffled inside
He really is cute
I walked back home trying to wipe the smile off my face but it wasn't budging. Aside from the whole meeting zeke part of the day it was actually not that bad. I got to see Lance smile and laugh all day and the odd pout when he lost a game. I got to show off my skills and I got coffee.
Sorry this chapter is short but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things and wanted to give u something to read in the mean time so here ya go
