Severus was in so much pain why wouldn't they get him out of it all! what about the twins? where they in pain? where were they? oh no oh no he was panicking now and he didn't or couldn't hear Narcissa shout at everyone around her to help.
She had even pushed everyone who wasn't trained as a healer out of the damn room even Tom, she didn't care that he was their father he was panicking as well and so threw him out where her family ie Bella could deal with him.
It was hours, many hours later and a few blood replenisher potions later that the twins were delivered safety while Severus was placed under a dreamless sleep to help recover that Tom and Harry were allowed to come into the room that was once was a mess but with magic it was now completely clean.
The twins were sleeping peacefully in little beds on one side of Severus' bed while he slept away it had been tough on him.
"These are my siblings? they're tiny" touches their tiny hands and they held on.
"Dad dad look look!"
"Yes Hadrian they seem to like you, the twins are finally here at last and a day before you head off to school as well" laughs as he gently picked up one of them.
"You have one of each and I think that one is..."
"Calista Lilly Eileen Snape" said a drowsy voice making everyone look at Severus as he was trying and failing to sit up.
"I should of bloody known you and your resistance to potions!" said Narcissa to him walking over and pushing him back onto the bed.
"You are staying there if you I will hex you and set Bella on you" he paled at her and stayed on the bed.
"How can you tell them apart they're identical Sev at this age" said Tom only to get the famous Snape glare thrown at him to say 'are you stupid'.
"Sorry sorry Sev I just wanted to know that was all and she's perfect Sev well done".
"Dad who's this?" Harry had the other in his arms after having help from Narcissa.
"Azrael Regulus Marvolo Snape and he has your mop of black hair Hadrian as well but at least we can tell them apart well I can at least due to their magical signature Lizzie is sweet and strong while Azzie is sweet but isn't as powerful as of yet" he yawns and falls asleep.
"He fights the potions all the time and then he crashes" laughed Lucius as they had now been allowed to come in to see the new family members but what they didn't expect was Harry of all people got very protective of them.
"My siblings" and he had managed to get hold of his sister and sit on the bed with Severus close enough that he wasn't hurting them.
"Didn't expect that" said Rabastan "he's like Rodo was when I was little wouldn't let me out of his sight".
"That's because dear little brother was because Father didn't like you for some reason, Mother died and we were raised by Grandfather" said Rodolphus to his little brother.
"Mean much"
"Shut up or you'll wake dad and my siblings" said Harry cutting through the playful banter between the brother.
"Oh Rodo if only that accident didn't happen we would of had children by now but that old coot attacked me and destroyed any hope of ever having any" sniffled Bella into Rodo's shoulder.
"It's ok we can always adopt and do a blood adoption to make them ours" said Rodolphus to her which made her nod.
The twins had had enough as soon the room was full of their crying, they wanted Severus and no one else not even when Tom held them.
"Cissa help me" said Tom not knowing what to do.
"You'll have to tag team them sadly one wakes the other will be soon after so..." she took one and handed Tom the other bottle and started feeding Azrael while Tom fed Calista, they were soon burped and changed falling asleep rather quickly now that they were once again in their beds next to Severus.
Hadrian had nodded off cuddled into Severus as well.
"Well my four are down for the count shall we sign this paperwork that I know you want me to sign Narcissa?" said Tom as Narcissa pulled out the paperwork that needed to be signed.
"Here you go just fill in all the information, don't worry about the times I can do that for you" he started on the paperwork.

"Ok that was annoying but I think I have it all filled in correctly?" said Tom looking over it all making sure it was correct and Severus had already signed using a blood quill for important documents like this and the moment he finished his signature a copies was made and one went to the Ministry for the Birth and Death Department, one went to Gringotts so then a vault could be opened for them when they were older, they would be placed into Severus' vault later and the last stayed in St. Mungo's.
"Ah all done I see" said Narcissa taking the Healers copy off him without warning which made him almost scream not knowing she was there has he had been concentrating.
"I see you named all the LeStrange's as their godparents didn't even think of me and Lucius did you?"
"Hey you're Hadrian's godmother don't go there Cissa!" said Tom getting louder with each word but before he could say anymore Severus woke up and hexed the man.
"Shut the hell up will you I'm trying to bloody sleep you try pushing two watermelons out, shut up or leave this room you have 5 seconds to decide" he glared at the others to which they left.
