Saturday. It was time for the kiss and neither actor was looking forward to it, scared it was going to mess up their friendship.
"Are you ready for the kiss today?" Ashley, the hair stylist for Jess asked her. "No, not really" she replied nervously, laughing.
"You got this. Okay not that im done go on and you better tell me how it went" Ashley threatened. Her and Jess met on the set of Victorious so they were already close.
"I will don't worry." Jess smiles back and walks out the trailer
All day everyone has been asking Jess and Drew if they were ready for the scene and they have been giving everyone the same response all day "yeah I guess"

"Jess I want you to stand right here and when Drew is a few words in you cut 'em off and do your thing, get it?" Jonas told Jess as she nodded
"And Drew, you gotta walk in super aggressive and intimidating and also do your thing. Understood?" Jonas says the same thing to Drew as he also responded by nodding his head
"Alright and ACTION!" he yelled

Rafe barges into Monica's house since he's over there all the time.
"Monica, where are you!" Rafe was screaming looking all over
"Rafe i'm right here why are you yelling." Monica said with a eyebrow raised
"C-can I stay over here for a little. Ward is just getting on my nerves lately." Rafe's voice sounded like he was embarrassed to even be asking even though they have been friends forever.
"Come here" Monica says as she pulls Rafe into a hug and rubs his back. "You don't even have to ask to stay over. My parents love you like their own kid you're always welcome." she reassures the sobbing boy.
"I just want him to be proud of me" Rafe sniffles and looks at Monica.
"Rafe even if your own father isnt proud of you I am, Sarah is, Wheezie, Spencer, Topper, and so many other people are proud of you. One measly person who has been nothing but an awful parental figure in your life shouldn't mean a thing if everyone else around you is proud of you and loves you." Monica said very sincerely as she gave him the slightest smile with tears in her own eyes while wiping the new ones forming in Rafes eyes.
"Monica. I don't know if this is going to ruin our friendship but I've been wanting this to happen for a long time." Rafe says as he leans in and connects their lips. Soon Monica has her arms around Rafes neck and Rafe pulls her in closer by the waist.
Monica pulls away out of breath and looks at Rafe "Will you be my girlfriend?" Rafe said, offly shy.
"I'm sorry, what was that?" Monica teased even though she heard him
"I said do you want to be my girlfriend damnit" He said more clearly this time
Monica smiles "I would love to" and kisses him again

"And CUT" Jonas yells as the camera zooms out on the two
Drew and Jess were just looking at each other still trying to process what just happened until they heard JD yell "YEAHHHHH" and soon everyone else was cheering and clapping.
"That was great, I don't think we need to do it again," Jonas said as the two pulled away from each other.
After the cast was done teasing both of them Jess was making her way to her trailer until she heard her name.
"Jess, wait up. Damn you walk fast" Drew said panting
"Yes?" she questions
"This may sound really weird but how was the kiss? Did my breath stink?" Drew was saying so many questions Jess couldn't keep up
"Drew I need you to shut up first so I can talk." Jess said as Drew stops talking and nods his head
"The kiss was fine, you don't have to worry and yeah your breath stinks. You really could have used a breath mint." You could tell she was being sarcastic at the end
"Oh my bad I'll do that next time" Drew goes along with it
"Well I'm gonna head back to the apartments because I'm tired." Jess said as Amarie came toward them
"Hey Amarie" Drew said since he didn't want to be rude "and okay im sure ill see you later."
"Wait" Amarie said "I want a picture first so I can post it for the OBX instagram." Both agree and take the picture however Amarie told them to pose.
"K bye" she said and walked away
"Welp I'll see ya later like you said" Jess said and walked away
"Jess wait up" she heard her name again assuming it was someone from the cast but it wasn't.
"Kyle!" Jess said offly loud to gain the attention of some people
"You can't be here"
