The First Trial: (Y/N) went to find Josh on their own. - They fled to the kitchen when the Psycho started chasing after them. - They chose to run back into the study.
The study was your best chance. Sure, it was dark and narrow but Chris and Ashley were sure to hear you. If you were fast enough and made the most of this head start, you would escape.
Not wasting another seconds you stumbled up to your feet. The Psycho reached for your ankle as you ran by and you only just managed to kick his hand off of you with a cry.
Okay come on come on!
You just about threw yourself at the door leading out of the kitchen. You gripped the handle tightly as sounds of your assailant getting up came from behind you. You turned the handle only for there to be a clicking sound but the door remaining closed. Your ride again frantically, pushing against it with as much force as you could manage with your shoulder.
Locked?! How is this door locked, I just came through here!
You continued forcing the door and trying the handle but it didn't give. Footsteps approached.
NO NO NO COME ON PLEASE
You couldn't turn back now, there wasn't time, and the door wasn't opening. Dread consumed your senses as you gave the door one more push. A strong arm wrapped around your front, a hand over your mouth and then finally a syringe right into your neck with a prick of pain.
You tried to scream but his hand muffled your attempts. Clawing at his arms proved futile as the syringe was pulled out of your neck.

"Gotcha."
Your muscles started relaxing, your vision blurred and you barely registered being dropped to the ground as an overwhelming tiredness took over. Black began creeping into the edges of your vision as you laid on the floor, eyes fluttering.
You attacker stood above you, looking down. A clown mask covered his features; making it impossible to distinguish his features, not that your hazy mind would allow that.
The world went black.

Everything felt foggy when you slowly started coming to. There was a dull ache in your head, and a slight ringing in your ears.

You mumbled. You opened your eyes to see the wooden ceiling above you. When had you fallen asleep? And where exactly were you? The room you were in appeared to be dark...What had even happened?
