I woke up beside kaari. She was still sleeping which was very odd because usually she's up singing her morning song
I checked her to be sure she was breathing then i woke her up, gently shaking her
"Kaari j" i whispered
She turned on her side and started to breathe different. She sounded stuffy
"Mama are you okay?" I said picking her up
She picked her head up and wiped her eyes then looked up at me
"Good morning princess. How are you?" I asked her
She put her hands in her lap and sat criss crossed then closed her eyes while leaning forward
"Okay. If you're still sleepy we can go back to bed but daddy has a game today so we're gonna go" i explained and laid her back down next to me where she originally was
She snuggled up with jas pillow and went right back to sleep
I decided to go ahead and get myself together first as usually my showers and me time get invaded by her or ja
I took a hot shower and touched up my braids then did my face routine at the sink before doing my edges
There was a knock at the door but by the time i looked over, kj was walking in scratching her arm
She still looked super tired which is weird because she went to sleep at 9 last night but i decided to just keep monitoring her instead of freaking out
She used her potty and i got her toothbrush ready then when she finished, she stepped onto her stepping stool and washed her hands
"You ready to brush your teeth mami?" I asked her
"I wan go night night mommy i'm sleepy" she told me while drying her hands on the hand towel
"Okay..well you can go back to sleep but we have to get up soon. Daddy's game is today" i told her for a second time
"K" she said then went back to bed
I rinsed the toothpaste from her toothbrush and put the cap back on then put it in the drawer before finishing my stuff
When i was done, i texted p letting him know what i wanted for breakfast before deciding to clean up a little
We cut back on staff because ja felt it was a lot of people in our house so though we do still have one housekeeper, that's all and I don't want to leave a lot of work on her so i help
I cleaned my room then went to kaaris and saw a huge mess of toys and games scattered. Her and ja.
I sighed but began to pick up her things before making her bed lastly and vacuuming
Once her room was done i cleaned her restroom then went to wake her up for breakfast
"Kaari" i said softly as i sat on the bed
