Hunting Palisman

It was a few weeks after the moody cat thing.

I'm less moody and clingy and more normal now.

Hunter was only able to sleepover 1 week,as he had to work earlier than he thought.

(Belos took away a week of Hunter's vacay.)

Me and Luz just hung out for a few weeks.

Me went to school and something surprising happened.

I zoned out when Bump and Eda was talking.

Busy focusing on my scales on my hand.

I wanted to observe the dark blue things.

Now that I look at my scales,I see how they shimmer and glint,fading from a really dark blue to a less dark and more muted blue.

"Y/N!"Luz got my attention.

"Huh?Whaaa?"I stutter.

"I just tried to get a palisman.Your next."Luz states a little sadly.

I could tell she didn't get one.

"Tell them what you want in life."the Bat Queen stated kindly.

I face the palisman and sit down in front of them.

I smile gently.

"To tell you guys the truth,I don't know what I want."I told the cute things.

I noticed a worried looking cardinal that reminded me of Hunter.

no one came to be my palisman,but many nudged against my hand before hopping away.

"You have emotion,but no one here wishes to be yours." the queen stated with a strange look.

"I am ok with that Bat Queen.I hope these guys eventually find good homes."I smile respectively.

I had a feeling I wouldn't get a palisman.

I-I am going back home.

Right?

I shudder slightly.

The school day ends and me and Luz go back home.

We hang in my room.

I then notice a little red head.

the cardinal with the sliced left eye suddenly popped out of Luz's bag.

"Are you here for me or Luz?!"Luz comments excitedly.

It chirped a no.

Luz frowned.

"I had a feeling.We need to get you back though!"Luz states.

The adorable thing chirped a yes.

"Let's go"I say,already opening my window and running to the place where the other palisman were.

Me made it and saw an orangey force field.

The palisman was able to go through ti and let us in.

Luz started being so nice towards the other palisman,in hopes of getting one to like her.

They gave me a look and I shrugged.

We stayed there and I heard Luz as we were both falling asleep that the 'Little rascal'aka the cardinal, call  little rascal an angel.

Suddenly,We were lifted off the ground by something.

The palisman were spooked,so we decided to check what was happening.

We saw a coven ship.

Luz used a plant glyph to spy on whoever was controling the ship.

It was the Golden Guard,aka Hunter.
