Ch. 13

It went on for an entire month. Every single day Knuckles invited Sonic by having Mike sent an invitation to Sonics shack. But unfortunately Sonic never showed up. As a result in Knuckles waiting for him in every single spot like the bench, the lake, the movies, town square, and Meh burger. But like any other of the days he never showed up. Knuckles was starting to think Sonic didn't forgive him this time like he did those other times. But one day took a bad but slightly twisty turn. Eggman was attacking the village once again with his army of robots and Morpho (aka Steve) while causing a panic in the village. The team fought with all their might. Destroying every robot in sight. Tails used his new robo-blaster to blast the robots into smithereens, Amy smashes the robots and Sticks uses her boomerang to destroy the robots. But Knuckles got hit by the obliteratorbot. Knuckles thought of Sonic 'with a saddened look on his face' before he started to get aggressive. Before obliteratorbot can punch him again, Knuckles punched the robots hand aggressively. He then started punching it badly and aggressively at the same time without stopping until obliteratorbot was broken into dented parts. Eggman was going to make a irritating remark while returning to his Eggmobile but the cops caught him and cuffed him as they knocked out Steve Eggman with a taser. One of the cops said, "Doc you were warned that if you cause one more problem to the village you will have consequences. You caused a problem so your under arrest and as a result we are confiscating all your robots as evidence!!" Eggman shouted in shock, "What?! You can't do that!" The cop said forcing him up, "I am the law! So I will!" The two policemen escorted Eggman while a crowd of villagers were amazed. Eggman was resisting arrest as he said, "LET ME GO!! I WILL INVIOLATE ALL OF YOU FOR THIS!" The second cop said as he stamp on his foot, "Shut up!!" The mayor walked to the four friends and said, "Congratulations team Sonic. This is the 100,000,000'th time you save the village." Knuckles halted him and said, "Wait a minute! This isn't a team without Sonic! Where is he?" Half of the people felt uneasy. The cops walked to them with Eggman still cuffed and said, "Sir the blue hedgehog is missing." Knuckles gasped in horror as Eggman laughed at it. Annoyed by Eggman saying how hilarious Sonics humiliations were, Knuckles punched him in the stomach and shouted, "SHUT UP YOU FAT JERK!!" Eggman groaned and said, "I'm not that fat." Tails then said, "Uhh yeah you are dude." Half of the villagers muttered in agreement. But that's when one of the cops walked to the crowd and said, "We found a body at near the river." Knuckles heart sank when he assumed it was Sonic. Eggman took this opportunity to escape to his Eggmobile. But unfortunately when he was running one of the cops spotted him and pointed his gun and said, "FREEZE!" Eggman was halfway to his Eggmobile but all of a sudden he was shot in the back. That caused the evil doctor to stop in his tracks. Amy gasped as well as the villains gasped in horror. Amy shouted, "OH NO!!" The cop then shot him 4 times which caused Eggman to collapsed. The cop said, "That's what he gets for trying to escape the law." Amy kneeled next to the Doctor and said, "Hang in there Fuzzy-Puppy buddy." Eggman coughed and said, "I-I leave my fuzzy puppy collection to you. I maybe evil b-but I guess t-this is it." Those were the last words he said before he passed away. Amy shouted, "NNNOOO!!!" Perci and Sticks patted her on the back. It was done. The battle against Eggman was done. But it wasn't enough to satisfy Knuckles.
