Once he arrived at the palace, Sonic looked for Sonia as he said to himself, "I swear if I find the 'Queen' watching romance drama movies I am so gonna sigh in stress. I swear she is just a loner." The Cobalt hedgehog heard that 'a certain red echidna arrived at the kingdom not to long ago' from the servants taking in the hallways. Sonic wasn't too happy about the news. When he entered the living room, he sees his older sister watching romance drama movies. It was no surprised to Sonic but he still stressfully sighed. Sonic walked to her and said, "Excuse me sister but don't you have a meeting we need to attend?" Sonia sighed and said as she stood up, "Yeah but I had to kill some time little brother. By the way did you hear about you know who?" Sonic had a furious expression on his face and said with a low tone, "No I heard there was a leak in the dam, Yeah I heard that jerk is here." Sonia stood up and asked as the two went to the royal meeting, "But what if he's here to apologize?" Sonic cross his arms and replied with a upset tone, "Oh Sonia. Don't be so naive. He is probably not getting enough of my misery and somehow found me. Ugh well it's time I give him misery!" Sonia thought to herself, "Sonic must've forgotten. What it's like to be loved. In a romance kind of way. I know it's not right but if Sonic saying those things and being mean to him. I don't think I can change Sonics mind." Thats when Sonic started singing.

Sonic: It's never enough to say I'm sorry. It's never enough to say I care. But I'm caught between what he wanted from me. And knowing if I give that to him I might just disappear. Nobody wins when everyone's losing. It's like one step forward and two steps back No matter what I do he's always mad, and I, I can't change his mind. It's like trying to turn around on a one-way street. I can't give him what he wants and it's killing me. And I, I'm starting to see Maybe we're not meant to be. It's never enough to say "I love you". No, it's never enough to say I try. It's hard to believe that there's no way out for him and me It seems to be the story of our life. Nobody wins when everyone's losing. He stopped singing as Sonia asked, "Did you sing that song once you left?" Sonic answers with a cold expression, "Yeah. my heart was broken. Punched even. You have no idea what it means to be hurt by someone who hurts me mentally and psychically. Waiting for someone you love to care knowing full well he will just stomp on you like a bug." Sonia looked down and said as they stopped, "And that alone gives you the right to give up being a hero? What about Eggman?" Sonic replied with the same tone, "He's not a threat anymore. I requested him being gun down if he tries to escape during arrests. The actor called and told me. His robots and everything he build up is gone. No one will be suffering from his attacks anymore." Sonia sadly said, "Sonic. I know it was hard. I know it was not good. I also know it was bad to have a broken heart but you can't just abandon your title as a hero. What happened to you Sonic? You use to fight for what's right, even though he drives others crazy and annoys your friends. But you enjoy being a hero with your power. Where did that hero go?" Sonic replied with a gentle but cold tone as he looked at her without turning his head, "That 'hero' that was beloved is gone. I'm sorry sister but times change." Sonia sighed 'knowing Sonic can't go back to being a hero' before the two of them entered the room to start their royal meeting.
