"Umm... I'm fine. Don't mind me."

"Yoongi-hyung worked hard to prepare it. Considering the time and effort he put in, you should never refuse."

"..........."

Taehyung hesitated, biting his lower lip at Jungkook's cold voice, who even not looking at him. Yoongi was sitting next to Jungkook. When Yoongi waved his hand to greet him, Taehyung responded with a small nod. Unwilling to refuse the invitation, Taehyung quietly sighed and headed to the kitchen. He was very tired and had no energy. What happened with Jimin yesterday still weighed heavily on his heart. Besides, he fell asleep crying without eating anything, so his body was as heavy as cotton soaked in water.

"Come on, sit with us. Actually, we prepared this for dinner last night, so it may not taste good."

"It doesn't matter. Thank you."

Taehyung sat across from them with a small smile. Jungkook frowned slightly and glanced Taehyung. Jungkook was dissatisfied that Taehyung didn't react about Yoongi's mention that they prepared a dish together. That's right... Jungkook had told Yoongi to throw away everything they had prepared last evening. However, Jungkook's whim was a common occurrence that had to be accepted. In the end, Yoongi had to prepare breakfast for Taehyung and Jungkook early this morning.

Yoongi placed the plate of warm pasta and garlic bread in front of Taehyung. Taehyung unconsciously raised his head and looked at Yoongi, but soon turned his gaze to the plate and just mouthing 'Thank you'. Yoongi smirked at Taehyung's familiar behavior. He just thought that it would take more time for them and Taehyung to get acquainted.

At that moment, Taehyung's phone rang. And seeing Taehyung taking out his phone and checking the text made Jungkook feel uncomfortable. More precisely, it was pissing him off. Jungkook was curious as well as angry as he watched Taehyung's expression gradually brightened with joy while he checking the text.

"Anything good?"

Yoongi asked, noticing Jungkook's uncomfortable atmosphere. He had to pay attention, not knowing when Jungkook, who looks like a teenage boy these days, might act abruptly. Anyway, he could also feel the change in Taehyung's mood, who seemed to have been forced to sit with them until a while ago.

"Huh? Ahh... an old friend of mine said he would move around here...."

Taehyung's expression was noticeably brighter and his voice was also slightly higher than usual. Yoongi smiled awkwardly at Taehyung's bright face which he had never seen before. It felt amazing that he could smile and talk like that. But soon after hearing the loud sound of placing the spoon on the plate, he glanced at Jungkook. Before Yoongi could say anything, Jungkook felt the phone vibrate and checked his phone.

'I have carried out your orders.'

Shit- Jungkook cursed in his mouth and put the phone down on the table in annoyance. Then he clenched his teeth involuntarily when he saw Taehyung, who sitting across from him eating as if he had no interest in his mood. Taehyung seemed to be only preoccupied with his old friend's moving.

"Oh, do you remember that I have a puppy? My Tan will also come with Hobi hyung! Wow~"

It was lovely to see Taehyung talking to himself even though no one asked. However, Jungkook couldn't sit still with his anger because he was convinced that the text Taehyung received a while ago was from a guy named Jeong Hoseok. Then the adorable Taehyung's appearance only fueled his anger.

"You always say only what you want. Shouldn't you at least thank us for our kindness in preparing breakfast for you?"

"Kook, why again? Haven't you heard that he thanked us?"
