In contrast to previous years, this autumn is unlike any other. As the pain in her neck intensifies, Duchess Valimos finally puts her pen down. As a direct result of Aurora's scheme, none of the nobles dared to mention that the House of Valimos was responsible for the dire misfortune. Instead, she creates a domino effect that transforms how everyone else rebels and the world around her.

People from the Temple don't send any invitation for marriage with the Pope anymore, as they trust the voice they heard in the sky. So instead, Eryx rose in the world of politics, strengthening his foothold. People have been stuck to him instead at the Temple as a Cardinal.

On the other hand, Hera is improving and practising her divinity power to the fullest, while Hector is still by her side. The Duchess of Light doesn't show her face in front of Medea anymore since that day. She wonders why she lashes out her anger at her at that time. Something is going on with her.

So, here she is, back on Aurora's balcony, after she has deliberated over anything to do to exact revenge, as she has predicted over something.

"My Lady?" Aurora voices out in confusion. Her outfit is different today, a simple black suit, as she wears her golden hair in a bun, wearing a glass.

"Aurora," Medea calls her.

"It is dangerous for you to be here on a day like this," Aurora looks around to see if someone is following the Duchess.

She leans down at the handrail as sparks ignite on her hand, ready to freeze someone who follows Medea until here. But instead, a hand grabs her body as she meets with amethyst eyes.

"You will die from falling instead of dying fighting with someone," Medea said, grabbing her hand inside to avoid her servants accidentally looking at them.

The blonde woman looks at her with annoyance for being sarcastic enough. However, they both have a way of talking snarky with each other.

"Someone like you," Aurora retorts back.

"What are you doing here?" she casually asks, leaning her bottom against the table.

"For now, let's teleport to Hector," Duchess Valimos said, confusing the poor blonde woman even more. Finally, however, she obliges to open the portal and land on Alwyn's manor again.

The situation is about to calm down again; another massacre will happen in the Empire. The Crown Prince is on his way to the Emperor's chamber, as his usual greeting to him. But, since the engagement has been cancelled, he can't get up from the bed, coughing blood a lot since then. Despite Julius having opened the window, the smoke's aroma is the first thing to hit him.

"Is His Majesty getting much better today?" he asks the Imperial's physician with concern and curiosity.

The physician makes a sympathetic face as he lowers his gaze and shakes his head, saying, "I am sorry. But, unfortunately, he is still in the same condition, Your Highness."

The Crown Prince heaves out a sigh, combing his blue hair in a mess. He looks distorted today, with his brooch slightly out of place. Yet, for some reason, he chooses to wear the Tears of Sea from Princess Isis today. The older man blinks his eyes, trying to make out the blurry figure in front of him. The dim sapphire eyes narrow at the constitution until the vision is clear to finally see his son, Prince Ares.

"Ares?" he asks, feeling his voice's box about to fall off when he only says one word.

Ares observes his father's appearance looks somewhat sloppy. His moustache is not appropriately trimmed, while his beard proliferates. It is as if he watched the servants shave it off not long ago. His father once sculpture body turns into bones, which almost popped from the skin. One of the things Ares doubted in his mind was to kill his father in the eye.
