The first thing that entered his mind when he woke up was the fact that he wasn't inside his cabin. His cabin's beds definitely didn't feel like fluff heaven. This one did.

He groaned when he tried to open his eyes only to be met by the harsh sunlight coming from the windows. He instinctively reached up a hand to shield his eyes from the brightness but that just made his body hurt more. He recoiled. The action just made it worse.

Someone shuffled by his bedside and moved over to close the curtains. He felt the said 'someone' taking his seat again beside him and he felt a straw poking between his chapped lips. Nectar fell into his mouth. He had the glimpse of...pastas. Italian pastas and...chocolate brownies and some pastries. It reminded him of Hazel. She was a great cook, though he might appreciate her cooking better if the stuff she cooked weren't forced down his throat whenever they met.

Sometimes she even sent him baskets of the stuff at least three times a month.

That calmed him down. He went back to sleep.

The next time he woke up, he guessed that it was somewhere around noon. He probably wouldn't have woken up if it wasn't for the bickering duo beside his bed talking in hushed tones. He groaned again, involuntarily this time and tried to sit up but two pairs of hands pushed him roughly back down.

"Wouldn't do that, if I were you." A familiar voice said.

"Yeah, man, even I know not to move for a day after fainting on my fatigue."

He groaned again. "Nectar..." He muttered before feeling the straw poking his lips again. He sipped from it greedily before forcing his eyes to open up.

He was in the infirmary. That wasn't a surprise. The Apollo kids would never let anyone leave the infirmary until said 'patient' completely recovered. Nico was lucky Will wasn't biting his head off for shadow travelling three times, summoning about a dozen -two dozen? - skeletons and fighting a Nemean Lion all in one night. He'd done worse, of course, but ever since the Athena Parthenos trip it seems like a strain now...like something's keeping him down. Still, that wouldn't keep Will from yelling at his patients. It is his responsibility, as a medic, to rightfully yell at idiotic patients.

At least he didn't yell at him more than usual when Nico had been confused about his sexuality. After the cure Hecate had given him, an antidote for Eros' arrow, he decided he better tie - or cut, to be more specific - his ties with Will. Good thing too, Nico noticed his yelling was getting higher by the day.

The infirmary wasn't looking too good. Tiny cracks appeared on the walls and rood but not big enough. And, if he was right, there was a scorch mark on the wall. A very big scorch mark. Either they had Leo in the room before him or some fire throwing monster managed to get in.

He shook his head.

Then he noticed Travis and Connor.

"Holy Hades!" He almost yelled. "What happened to you too? Were you trying to prank the Ares cabin?"

They glanced at each other in amusement. "Dude, even we wouldn't be that stupid." Travis said with a grin.

"Yeah," Connor said. "Maybe just...two or three at one time."

Nico would have face palmed if his arm was up to it.

The twins were in a terrible state. He would have given his infirmary room for them if his arms didn't feel like it was taped to his sides. Travis, the taller one - the height seems to be the only thing that could distinguish the two - had his left arm in a cast, a crutch and a nasty burn on his mostly-fine hand. Connor was worse. His whole head, except for his face, was bandaged. He had a black eye and he could see stitches on the boy's arms. New scars were covering them both.
