Ivy's POV:

"Are you ready darling ? come on we don't wanna be late "My mom said

I was checking my bags for the last time .today was my first day at howgarts I was exited and scared at the same time knowing that I would leave mom and dad for the first time and start learning about magic ."Yes im ready "I replied

As I walked down with my bags and of course not forgetting my owl Fluff I call him that cause he loves to eat treats so much and his brown feathers makes him look so cute .

" Here let me help you honey " My dad said taking my bags from my hands and we left .

Now sweetie remember don't forget to stay healthy and sleep well oh you growed up so fast "My mom said tearing up while hugging me tightly

"Okay okay mom I will and its not like I'm not coming I'll see you at Christmas " I said
"Don't you dare to forget young lady I need you to owl us every day "My dad said while hiding his teary
 
"Of course I'm going to owl you but not everyday it exhausting and please don't cry like mom it's embarrassing "I replied as I saw the train is about to leave I looked at mom and dad "bye mom bye dad I'll be going" I said waving

I started trying to find a place to sit at the train then I saw two girls one  with red haired girl and other with blonde hair  sitting laughing " can I sit down with you?" I told them

"Yeah sure "  "of course sit " the two girls said  . I sat after mumbling a thank you

"I'm lily by the way lily Evans "the red one  voiced smiling she was so beautiful " I'm Marlene Mckinnon nice to meet you  "said the other . I smiled  And I'm "Ivy Russo nice meeting you both too "
I replied
"So we three are all first years what house to you think we will be sorted I think gryffindor I like red color it's my favourite " marelene said exclaimed I laughed
"You really want  to be gryffindor just for the color I also wanna be gryffindor but not because of the color it's because I love this house and of course the other but it's different with this house also all my family was in gryffindor " I said

" I on the other her hand don't care about what house I just happy that I'm a witch the first in my family it makes me feel special" lily muttered with eyes full of spark like she finally got what she wants and that exactly what happened

After the train stopped we were going to great hall were we will be sorted it was filled with candles flying and the students sitting laughing and talking we stopped infron the headmaster dumbldore but there were 4 guys didn't stop from talking making lily fume in anger she wanted to turn and scold them but marlene told her not to I didn't care actually I was thinking about what house I would be.

Then a professor called  Minerva Mcgongall started calling names " Lucius Malfoy" a extra blonde boy came he looked so ignorant and full of ego je sat and the professor put the hat then without a second the hat yelled "SLYTHERIN" he walked proud of himself I hated him before even knowing him and I Don't blame myself he looks really annoying

"James Potter" "hmm i see brave and courage no more GRYFFINDOR " he was so happy and excited he went to the gryffindor table he seems a good guy full of himself but good

"Remus Lupin" " so smart so loyal yet has a very big nerve GRYFFINDOR" he seemed quite and calm he went to gryffindor next to James happily

"Ivy Russo " when my name comes I didn't feel nervous actually I felt rather excited to what my house will be hoping the house I wanted " hmm so interesting another Russo but has all the traits for the 4 houses hmm GRYFFINDOR " I was relieved I sat with lily and marlene while the claping stopped

"Siruis Black " I looked at him he seemed nervous like he is afraid of what house he will be although the black family is known as a slytherinpure blood"A Black but it seems its not like any other black I know were to put you GRYFFINDOR " he came to the gryffindor table surprised but very happy he sat beside his three friends

The ceremony continued till all first year students were sorted then the feast began all type of food were there it looked so delicious when we finished we went to our droms apparently I shared the room with lily and marlene I was happy because it seemed we will be good friends.
The whole week went by classes and lessons also the four boys were making pranks like it's not their first year

I walked holding books with lily to the library to study then suddenly two boys came and pushed us while running making our books falls then they quickly turned back so as on the floor

"Hey are you blind ?" I said to them " watch were are you going you annoying people" lily replied after me then they came and started helping us  " we are sorry we didn't see you there anyway here w helped you" James said while he handed the books to lily and siruis to me I looked up taking the book from siruis hand I saw his eyes for the first time I felt like I never seen anybody who has a beautiful grey eyes it's like magic .Then he left with James lily still talking about how rude they are
And I wasn't listening just thinking about his eyes
After that day it seems that James fell in love with lily since he kept falling her calling her lilyflower flirting with her but she always scolded him while siruis didn't even pay attention to anything except pranks .That's how it ended me thinking about siruis and James adoring lily
