Harry's POV:

I woke up the next morning with a small body curled into my side. I look down to see the peaceful sleeping face of Louis drooling on my chest and snoring softly. I couldn't help but watch him. His fluffy brown hair, his long eyelashes, his high cheekbones, but the number one thing about Louis I couldn't take my eyes off of was his small thin lips. I can't believe how beautiful he is and how fast I've fallen for- wait! Fallen for him? Have I really fallen for him? I started to think about how we have acted in the almost week since we met. We have been more touchy than regular soon to be stepbrothers and have constantly been talking to each other over text and facetime since sharing numbers.

Before I could think any deeper a hand started to gently stroke my cheek. The movement didn't scare me to the point of jumping but it did get me out of my own head. I realized that while I was zoned out Louis had woken up to see me staring at him. "What's on your mind curly?" he asked softly. I leaned into Louis' hand while looking at him, "Nothing important." Louis looked unconvinced, "It has to be something for you to zone out like that. Tell me please." Louis said, ending it with puppy dog eyes and pouty lips. I couldn't help but to give into the cuteness, "I was just thinking about how we are with each other, you know, how we don't act like normal step brothers." Louis takes his hand away from where it was resting on my cheek. "Does that bother you?" Louis asked, his voice quieter than before with a hint of worry. I quickly grabbed Louis' hand and put it back on my cheek, "NO! I mean no. It doesn't bother me. I actually really like it and I don't want to stop. Does it bother you how we are with each other?" "No, it doesn't bother me at all. I really like how we are too." Louis said, making both of us smile at each other.

They stayed with eyes locked and smiles on their faces for a little while until out of nowhere my stomach made the sound of a dying whale to make it known that he was hungry. Louis burst out laughing at the noise coming from my body but was swiftly cut off when his own stomach made an identical sound. This time it was my turn to laugh. "How about we go to my kitchen and have breakfast, just the two of us, before we have to deal with all the adults?" I asked Louis. "That sounds amazing, but I am a terrible cook." I just looked at him with a smile before saying "Then I will cook while you keep me company looking cute." Then I laid a kiss on his forehead before we got out from under the comforters. I was only in my boxers and decided to put on a pair of sweatpants and Louis was only in his boxers too but decided instead of putting pants on to just put one of my t-shirts on. My shirt fell down just past Louis' ass, "You look adorable!" I gushed. When I said that Louis blush at the attention he was getting before I grabbed his hand and gently pulled him out of my room to go to the kitchen.

3rd Person POV:

*WITH THE AVENGERS*

"Guys! They're out of the room!" Clint yelled for all the adults that were around the main floor. Everyone ran to get seats on the couch and floor to see what was going on between Louis and Harry. Last night after they saw Harry lead Louis into his bedroom, they all decided to watch the camera's on Harry's floor the next morning to see how they act because the adults couldn't agree. Some of the group said it was just because the boys were tired. The others said that there was something going on between the two soon to be stepbrothers. It was Clint and Natasha that suggested watching the cameras to see who was right, everyone agreed and that was the end of it.

The camera automatically followed the two teenagers as they walked together hand and hand down the hallway to the kitchen. Once in the kitchen, Louis jumped up on one of the counters while Harry got the pans and ingredients out. Harry and Louis had a good time while Harry cooked. They were constantly talking and laughing. The number one thing that caught the adults' attention was when something took time to cook Harry would leave the stove to walk over to Louis. Harry would stand between Louis' legs and Louis wrapped his arms around Harry's neck to get really close to be touchy and giggle before separating to check the food.

The food had just gotten done and Harry plated everything (eggs over easy, bacon, toast, sausage, and orange juice) then put the breakfast on the island bar. Harry and Louis talked about the last few days of school for Louis and work for Harry. Louis ended up admitting he was having trouble with one of his classes and Harry jumped at the opportunity to spend more time with Louis. The adults were fixing to give up and admit that there was nothing going on between the boys. That was until the subject of what the boys were talking about changed.

"Can we talk more about last night and this morning?" Louis asked. That question alone got the bored adults sitting on the edge of their seats. "Yeah, I think we should too. What about we put the dishes away and go sit in the living room for this?" Harry said. All Louis did was nod his head before they both stood up and cleaned up their breakfast mess.

When Harry and Louis sat down on the couch they didn't know how to start. Harry ended up being the one to speak first, "What did you want to talk about?" That was all Harry could think of, but it managed to work. "What about we start with last night? I know why I said yes to sleeping with you, but why did you ask me to stay with you last night? Then we can go from there." Louis suggested. Harry thought for a minute about how to say what he needed to say, "Well, I honestly don't know. Everything since we have met has been confusing. Sometimes we are like normal soon to be stepbrothers like when we play video games and eat dinner with my mom and your dad. Other times, who am I kidding, most of the time we act like no version of siblings should like when we sleep in the same bed with you being cuddled into my chest or that we both love staying in constant contact with each other. Hell, mom and Alec joked the first day we met that we looked like an old married couple with you laying in my bed reading a book and me sitting next to you going over contracts. I don't know if I'm thinking too much into everything or what. It's just all confusing. Last night was just my breaking point I think. I was still in a lot of pain and the best sleep I've had in over a year was when you were sleeping with me, even though you were scared from the storm at first." Harry said, basically letting out an overview of everything he has been thinking.

Louis took a minute to think about what Harry said. After getting his thoughts together he responded. "You're not the only one who feels that way about what has been happening between us. I have been thinking the same thing. It hit me that we weren't going to be normal step brothers when I had only known you for not even a full four days and I had a panic attack when my dad told me that there was an explosion and you were hurt. Last night when you asked me to sleep with you I didn't even have to think about it before I said yes and it's the same for that the night of the storm, after you made me feel better, was the best sleep I've had in a long time too. I truly didn't think that when we met that we would be like this with each other, but now I can't even think of not talking on the phone while I am at lunch or not walking around in your hoodie everyday. The only question I still have for you is why do you have trouble sleeping? The bed at our mom's house and the bed here feel extremely soft."

Harry smiled at the fact that Louis was feeling the same things he was feeling. "Just the stress that's been on me over the last few years. It's got to the point it started affecting my sleep about a year ago. I love working with my dad and learning to take over the company. Sometimes it feels like he sees me for my brain and not for the fact that I'm still a teenager that needs the time and space to be a teenager. The only time I am allowed out of the tower is to go to mom's house, where I'm still stuck in the house, or every once in a blue moon get to go out with my brend Zayn but even then we are surrounded by our bodyguards so we can't even be like normal teenagers then either." Harry said sadly. Tony was shocked to say the least. He didn't know Harry felt that way and started thinking that he might be a bad father. "I'm sorry you feel like that, but I promise I'll be around as much as I can to make sure you sleep. Who is Zayn by the way? I think you have mentioned him before once." Louis questioned.

"Zayn is my best/only friend. We have grown up in very similar ways with both of our dad's being famous businessmen so we understand a lot about what each one of us deals with that normal teenagers don't have to even think about." Harry explained to Louis a little bit about his friendship with Zayn. Louis just smiled at Harry and buried his head in Harry's chest to cuddle close to him for a minute before they had to get up and get dressed for the day.
