" So you just wasn't gon' say nothin' huh?" I smacked my lips, " I haven't even been here a whole 24 hours, relax."

" Mhm, whatever. What you doing now?"

" Nothing , I just started unpacking my clothes. I'm gon' finish the rest tomorrow, I'm beat." I huffed, stretching out an arm.

" Hm. Well I think I got something that's more enthusiastic that you'll be interested in."

I furrowed my eyebrows, my ears at full attention. " Like what?"

" Well, I can't really tell you but just wear something," there was a slight pause, as if he was thinking of the right word. " —- comfortable."

I put down the shirt I held up, on my bed, with the rest of my pile of clothes. I sat down in the spinning chair at my installed desk. "Comfortable? Sin where exactly are you tryna' take me?"

He blew out an exaggerated sigh, " What?" I smiled softly, spinning from side to side.

" You ask too many questions."

" How? You could be tryna get me somewhere alone, swooning me. Then boom, when I least expect it, I'm dead, dead as hell six feet under."

He just laughed at my predictions of what was to come from his proposal to me. But, I was being more than serious. " Man what? You thinking way too much, that's all in yo' head. Ain't nobody tryna kill you."

" Mhm, you still ain't tell me where this 'mystery' place is so, I'm not convinced." I shrugged my shoulders as if he could see me.

" Just wear something nice for Friday."

" Sin." I damn near whined. " Come on, just wear something nice, for me?"

I bit my lip trying to fight back the smile that eventually won over. " Fine." I let out a small sigh.

" Good, then it's a date. I'll call you back later, I gotta go." My stomach fluttered a little at those words, anticipating what was to come.

" Okay, bye."

" Bye, Sam."

I plopped on back laying down on the bed, looking up at the ceiling. I smiled to myself.

Friday.

" Again, about last night I'm really sorry."

" I keep telling you, it's fine I'm not tripping." Last night, during the mist of my slumber I was woken up to a rude awakening.

My roommate.

One thing I definitely didn't expect was to meet her, while she was being plowed down by some random ass dude. It was dark as hell but I damn sure heard a whole lot. When I realized what was going on, I made my presence known, cutting on my lamp.
