How Do We Date - Riddle + Floyd

Chapter 1 - Part Two

3rd person POV

"Huh"

Was all that left Riddles lips as he now sat in shock, with his body fully facing the boy next to him.

Riddle couldn't keep the heat from once again rising to his cheeks. To hide his embarrassed face he turned his whole attention to his things on the table. He took a deep breath,

"Don't joke around like that and leave me alone, I have to study."

Riddle said firmly. To the younger boy said, now fully serious, face and tone.

"Who said I was joking?"

The red head looked over, about to say something when Floyd cut him off.

"Wanna go see fireworks sunday?~~"

Riddles POV

D-Did he just.. ask me out?!

"Hmm... well."

What do I say to that??!!

"Ohh come on~~ please Goldfishie.~~"

Riddle looked at the boy and sat in silence for a while, till Riddle finally came up with what to say.

"Fine" he said with a sign.

"It's gonna be-"

Floyd started as Riddle brought up a hand cutting him off.

"As long as you don't bother me for the entire upcoming week, I have a lot of tests coming up which I need to study for, got it?"

Riddle said sternly. Floyd displayed a displeased look but didn't press. He jumped up from his seat with his mood switching right back.

"Alrighty~~ Meet me Sunday in front of the school gates at 5.~~"

He walked behind Riddles chair moving towards the exit but stopped suddenly, turning around back at Riddle. He leaned down so his lips were hardly an inch away from the red heads ear.

"Also wear something cute.~"

Floyd's whisper brought shivers down the Goldfish's spine. The eel walked away with a huge smirk on his face as he said.

"Byeee, MY Goldfish."

Giving one last glance at Riddle before leaving.
