6 months have passed. The kids are blabbering all the time and Xander and Xavier started sleeping in their rooms. Most nights Lucifer will come home late and sometimes he'd come back after 3 am.
I know he's working with his brothers but when he came home yesterday he had lipstick on his collar and his neck and cheek
I ignored it but today, when I was emptying the pockets of our clothes to was them I saw a phone number and a girl's name on it
I looked at it and started thinking. It's not that I didn't expect him of cheating one day since we were forced to marry because of the kids but after six months?
I shook my head and left the maids to do the washing as I went up to our room.
The kids were thankfully at my dad's so I sat down on the bed and waited for him to come out of the bathroom
"I'm working late again tonight," He said as he came out of the bedroom
"Why have you been talking to Veronica?" I asked
"Who?" he asked
"The girl who gave you this and I presume the lipstick stains you had last night? The girl who's been after your ass for years?" I said and threw the paper at him
"You were going through my stuff?" he asked
"No, I was emptying the pockets so I can wash our clothes. I get why you want another fuck buddy since our marriage was only for the kids but they're not even one and you're already cheating?" I said
"So fucking what if I am. It has nothing to do with you. Your job is to look after the kids and make sure this place is clean," He said
I was shocked at what he said but then nodded my head and left the room. I went to my father's place to see my brothers playing with the kids
"Mommy," Xavier yelled and ran to me
I kissed his head and sat down near my brothers as they continue to play with the kids
"What's wrong?" Gio asked
"Nothing at all," I said
A few seconds later Hayden and his boys came in since we were having a family dinner here.
"Hey sis. I was wondering if maybe the kids would like a vacation. We can go to the Bama or Miami," Kia said
"Sounds fun why not," I said
"Kia we have work to do we can't leave now. Especially with the Russians trying to kill the kids," Hades said
"I'm sure we can take a private plane and stay at our beach house in Miami with the kids. It would be great to get away for a while. And we'll all be there as well as guards so they won't be stupid enough to try anything," Dad said
"We'll think about it," Lucifer said
"It would be great to leave town for a while," I said and Lucifer gave me a look so I smiled at him
"Okay, what's going on?" Hayden asked
"It's nothing," Lucifer said
"Doesn't seem like nothing," Dad said
"Sir the food is ready. Will everyone please go to the dining room," A maid said coming in
Emily helped me with Riley as I pick up Rose and Reagan
"Let me take him," Lucifer said but I glared at him and said, "I can handle them both,"
"Okay boys take the kids to the dinner table we'll be there shortly," Hayden said
