Abhi goes more close to the person bt he can not recognize bcoz blood has covered the face. Just then his eyes fall on earing. The same earing which he choose for her in festival. He goes more closer nd found Akshu lying on pool of blood. He got big shock seeing his love in deadly condition. Big tears dropped from his eyes. He sat on floor with thud. He cannot believe she is his Akshu. His Garelu Doctor. His Boss Lady.
Abhi : Akshu.. Akshu ankhe kholo... plz Akshu ankhe kholo.. he felt her heart still beating. He immediately picks her in his arms nd made her sat in car. He hurriedly drove toward Birla Hospital. He already called receptionist on way.. that there is an emergency so keep OT ready. In sometime they reached birla hospital. He laid her on stretcher nd took her in OT.
On otherside kairav got call from Neil that Akshu has meet with accident. In short time Goenkas reached hospital. Aarohi was in her surgery so she was unaware about accident.
Here in OT Abhi is continuously crying seeing her in death bed. In sometime she started sinking nd in no time her heart stopped beating. Abhi frozed at his place. Tears rolled on his cheek. A senior doctor told Neil to call another doctor. Abhimanyu is not in condition to operate. Neil come out from the OT nd everyone run to him.
Neil : Papa call another doctor Bhai is not in condition to operate...we need another surgeon asap. Akshara Di's heart has stopped beating. Plz papa hurry up. After hearing him Naira fainted. Kartik fall on floor. Harsh immediately arranged the doctor. he is on his way. Till then Neil tried to make Abhimanyu understand.
Neil : Bhai aap ese weak nai pad sakte.. plz bhai do something. Abhi was trying hard to bring her back. He hold her hand tightly.
Abhi : Akshu tum ese mujhe 6od k nai jaa sakti. Plz na baba esa mat karo me mar jaunga. plz naa baba meri baat mano. Akshu plz vapas aa jao. Dekho agar tum vapas nai ai na to me apna medical license cancel karva dunga. Kabhi kisiko operate nai karunga. Apni sakal tak nai dikhaunga Plz Akshuuu..... breath na baba plz Akshu breath... Akshuu breath plz...He started crying holding her hand nd caressing her head. When his tears dropped on her hand she started breathing. He started crying badly.

While crying.. plz na baba mujhe 6od k mat jana...no no Akshu u r not allowed to sink...i love u Akshu.. suna tumne me pyaar karta hu tumse. Nai ji sakta tumhare bina. Neil shocked hearing his love confession. Just then Neil got her reports. Nd shocked seeing reports.
