Chapter Ten

Aaliyah POV

So, here we are. We're currently in the ICU. The doctor said August is in critical condition. Janet doesn't know how to feel, I don't either. I know we both want August to be okay though, we all do.

Nicki folded her arms. "How did y'all even get into an accident anyway?"

All the guys were silent, even Dame.

Nicki stared them down."Did I stutter?"

She started grinning, then slammed her hand on the wall.

"How in the total hell did y'all get into an accident?" She yelled.

I sat her down,"Nicki calm down."

"Nah Liyah! I can't do that till these niccas start talkin!"

Trey stood up. "I'll tell y'all what happened."

Everyone got silent, and Dame got a crazy look in his eye.

Trey coughed. "So, this how it all happened."

Trey POV (The night of the accident)

We were all in Aug's Truck. It was me, Elgin, Chris, August, and surprisingly, Dame. You see, Dame and Aaliyah have been dating recently, and thing were serious, but not too serious. You could tell there was love in that relationship, but lowkey, Dame looked like a player in Aug's, Elgin, and everyone's eyes. LiLi didn't see it, but we did. I heard he got a baby-mama-

"Get back to the point, Trey!" Janet snapped.

"Awe, okay." I coughed again.

Like I was saying! But yeah, we were in the truck, and we were debating on something.

"Trey should go with Nicki!" August yelled from the driver's seat.

"Awe nah man!" Chris laughed.

I laughed. "That's my sister man, I can't."

"Come on now!" Aug looked back and laughed.

"Mane, that's like you and Aaliyah going out!"

"Yeah, but I'll actually do it." Aug said.

All hell broke loose after that.

Dame sounded awkward. "Yo, you do realize we're going out, right?"

"Yeah, and don't you have Janet?" Chris looked at Aug and started humming "Creep".

"I mean, yeah. But I think she breaking up with me."

Damon got mad. "That is not the point, you tryna get with my girl."

"I knew her before your scrub self got in the picture!" Aug yelled.

"Well this tea bomb." Chris sank in the back seat.

Stuff got real, they started yelling, next thing you know bam. We crashed.

Everyone was silent.

"I can't do this right now." Janet got up and left.

"Janet, wait!" Aaliyah got up and followed her.

"This is all messed up!" Nicki pushed the nurse out the way and followed after Aaliyah.

"Nicki calm down!" Rihanna followed Nicki.

"I don't know what the hell they leaving for, but I'm not chasing after them." Ginger shrugged.

"And why is that?" Chris looked at her.

"Nicca, my asthma. " Ginger took her pump and walked after them.

"Wait up!" she yelled.
