Beneath Shadows and Secrets is the Second book of a Trilogy. Without reading the first book ^ (Behind Darkness and Deceit), you will be extremely confused. That said, if you believe this series may be one you will enjoy, the first instalment into Nira's story is available on Kindle Unlimited and as a paperback through Amazon from 11th April! I promise, it will be entirely worth it.
However, if you are trembling with anxiety after finishing Book 1, and need to sink your teeth into what comes next, do continue.
