"Are you kidding me?" Narcissa screamed hitting her bestfriend's arm

"I wish i could tell you she was" Regulus mumbled

"Of all the fucking options you choose the one with the worst personality" she gasped

"There are no options - " Persephone mumbled

"Oh shut up" she cut off pushing herself further into the chair

"What happened to Potter?" Lucius spoke wrapping his arm around his girlfriend in attempts to calm her down

"He likes Lily that was never going to get anywhere" the brunette shrugged

"Ugh" Narcissa groaned glaring at the girl "You made me lose a bet" she pouted

"To who?"

"Pay up" Regulus smirked holding his hand out infront of him. Watching the two interact made her even more tired than she already was , so she headed out of the hall , up the stairs and to her lesson

Earlier in the day , Edward had practically cornered her and asked her out , out of stupidity Persephone had said yes. Now Narcissa was going insane.

"Maybe this is a good thing Potter can finally make a move" Lucius reassured patting his girlfriend on the shoulder

"Filch would make faster moves than Potter at this rate" the blonde muttered picking up her bag and walking to charms

"Believe me I would rather not date Edward" Persephone sighed to herself placing a hand to her forehead looking towards the blonde who had just caught up with her.

The two girls walked side by side to their next lesson fully aware of the now prying eyes of the marauders who had also heard about Seph's poor dating choices. They reacted similarly to Narcissa - a mix of shock and disgust really.

"Hey babe" Edward greeted wrapping an arm around Seph's shoulder before sitting down in their assigned seats

"Hi Edward" the curly haired girl smiled awkwardly , slowly removing the hand off of her shoulder

"Oi Eddie! Hands to yourself yeah" Sirius yelled , earning a round of laughter from the rest of the class. This caused Edward to sneer at him and for Persephone to cringe in embarrassment .

"Settle down class please" the proffessor sighed , clearly tired of the group already "Today we will be duelling. Whilst charms is a lesson to develop your magnificent abilities you must be able to conjure spells that are defensive." he paused before saying "Line up then" and clapping his hands

The class naturally split in two - predominantly a boy's side and a girl's side with the odd few exceptions.

"Any volunteers?"

"James would love to sir" Sirius said pushing his bestfriend into the empty space "He really is quite the show off"

"I see that his friends share similar qualities" the man mumbled "Anyone else? Any ladies perhaps?"

"I will" Persephone spoke stepping forward after acknowledging no one else was going to

"Perfect! Try not to send each other to the hospital wing" the proffessor nodded stepping away from the students and back up onto his desk "Well then , off you go"

Almost immediately Persephone had send a charm in James' direction flinging him to the wall.

"Ow Seph" he grunted straightening himself out and getting his wand ready

Another charm was sent across the room but this time James blocked it and deflected it , covering the girl in water.

"Brilliant" she muttered , throwing two spells in his direction

"You need to calm down Seph" James said relaxed , barely blocking the two charms

"Me , calm down?" Persephone questioned raising an eyebrow

"Yes" he replied , casting another water charm

"Seriously?!" the girl groaned , wiping her wet curly hair from her face

"Alright class the rest of you pair up , otherwise we'll be here all day. Mr Potter and Miss Greyback you may continue" the proffessor spoke sitting further back in the chair and continuing to read the magazine as the rest of the group went off to have there own duels

"Why are you mad at me?" James asked advancing on the girl , his wand out infront of him

"Im not mad at you James l. But right now I just want you to stop talking" Persephone mumbled casting a spell that caused vines to wrap around the boy's leg

"If you wanted that then you should have covered my mouth" he retorted the usual smirk on his face
"You are ignoring me Persephone" he stated "And now you're dating Junnon" the speckled boy hummed casting the same spell on the girl

"James throw one more of those at me and i'll practically be having a shower"

"Your hair looks nice wet"

The brown skinned girl had missed speaking to James and she was adamant he felt the same however she was also adamant that his feelings for Lily were still stronger than his feelings for her so she did the best things she could do and move on.

To be frank , Edward was not what she had in mind and speaking to James again reminded her of how much she didn't want the blonde boy but also how overly narcissistic James can be.

"I'm tempted to turn you into a rabbit" the girl threatened twisting her wand in between her fingers

"I think i'm more of a deer kind of person don't you?"

"If deers have enormous heads then yes" Seph replied walking away from James to collect her things

"I will...I'll see you later" James waved sending the girl a satisfied smile which she returned before leaving the classroom.

Although her smile didn't last very long as she almost immediately collided with her new boyfriend.

"What was that?" he questioned folding his arms over each other giving her a stern look

"What was what?" she repeated with a face of genuine confusion

"You and Potter."

"What about James and I?" the girl replied placing her hands on her hips

"You were clearly flirting with him. The whole time I was there too" he replied angrily , gaining attention from some of the other students in the corridor

"I was not!"

"Oh yes you were. Right infront of my face too! I'm your boyfriend now Seph , you can't be disloyal to me" he said grabbing the girl's shoulders

The girl simply just huffed and walked away , knowing that the boy was infact himself the most dishonest boy she had probably met.

"Don't walk away from me Seph!" he yelled

"What am I doing right now Edward? Walking away" she yelled back , blowing the boy a kiss
