the pair had started heading back to the assembly area, as they figured they were probably gone for little too long and the teachers may come up with weird assumptions.
taehyung had his hands in his pocket, he didn't know what to say to jinhee, and usually jinhee wouldn't find this weird as taehyung was always a man of few words anyway. but this time, it felt weird.
taehyung didn't think much about it, he was the type to enjoy the silence, he felt comfortable even though there was silence between him and jinhee. he didn't feel the awkward tension as he was deep in thought, thinking about what jinhee said earlier:
'it may have been green, who knows?'
green? why green? why would jinhee think there may be a possibility for it to be green? green meant she took a liking towards someone else, someone else that was probably not him, and he couldn't help but feel slightly bumped about that. moreover, if jinhee didn't scrap the possibility that the alarm was green, it meant that jinhee knew she may be liking someone else at this moment.
