"Yes! I knew it! Kaiden is meant to be, it was never over!" Alexa remarked with a grin as Katie recounted the events of her days in Wellard after returning.
"We were just catching up." Katie said with a sigh. "As friends" she added before Alexa said something.
"Okay." Alexa said and opened her mouth to say something but decided against it.
"Just say it" Katie said as she looked at Alexa's face.
"Look. It's your choice whether you want to date Aiden, yeah? But, I have this feeling, from a long time, and it maybe wrong. Lot of chances that it is wrong, but I feel that you still have some feelings for him. Point being, don't deny your feelings, Katie." Alexa said and Katie hummed.
"Yeah, denying my feelings would not do me any good" Katie mumbled, feeling drowsy.
"You know what, Alexa? I am feeling sleepy and even you need to get rest after your journey." Katie said and Alexa nodded, agreeing.
"Good night Katie" Alexa mumbled as Katie dozed off.
