"Heyyyy youuu!" Alexa waved at Spencer as she saw him entering Wired.
"Hey" Spencer said with his evergreen smile as he quickly kissed Alexa.
"Hi Spencer!" Katie waved
"Hey Katie!"
"Look who's here" Aiden remarked, snickering.
"I am here only because you like this place, Alexa" Spencer commented with a dash of eye roll.
"Good and efficient baristas like myself, do not interrupt in others' conversations" Katie said, with a smirk while Aiden feigned shock.
"I never expected this from you, Kate" Aiden replied dramatically, but halted as he realised how he used the nickname he had for Katie.
The merry atmosphere suddenly took an awkward turn while Katie was still hearing the word 'Kate' in her mind.
"I had told myself to not call her Kate but still, ugh" Aiden thought as he started cleaning the coffee machine, even if it wasn't necessary.
