Y/n pov
I found myself at my mothers door while my wife and kids was at home I wanted to talk things through with my mum. I knocked on the door and my mum answered with Steve standing next to her "oh hi y/n I didn't expect to see you here" "neither did I but I want to talk to you both" they invited me in and I got sat down.

We all needed to talk things through like when they was ignoring me. "Mum and Steve we need to talk about the past and how you treated me" "honey we truly didn't mean too"
"Yeah but I'd like to talk about it"

"Okay well Uhm, when me and Steve got together we wanted to spend every last minute with each other and you was being distant so we thought that you was busy so we stopped paying attention to you and honestly I forgot I even had you and I'm sorry I'm saying that but I am cause it's the truth. Yes we treated you badly and I'm sorry I snapped at you and screamed and pushed you away but I wanted to spend as much time as I could with Steve as I love him hunny" I ended up crying because of what my mum said "baby I'm sorry please forgive me" "no mum I want forgive you I tried and tried and all that was on your mind was Steve! I hated it I hated making so much effort it was horrible! I just wanted my parent back and for Steve to treat me like I was a person and not a doormat he wiped his shoes on!"

"Sweetie I understand but please forgive me please please" "sorry but it's a no maybe it will get better over the years" I was balling my eyes out at this point mum come over and cradled me like a baby. I messaged my wife that I was probably gonna stay at my mums as it's a long drive home and I've been crying, she understood and said that it was fine and she had the kids under control.

Natasha's pov
I was now cradling my daughter while she was crying her eyes out I felt so so bad and I knew I had to prove to her that I was going to be a different person. She had fallen asleep my poor baby I carried her up to her own spare room and tucked her in leaving her to sleep.

No one's pov
Over the last few months Natasha and Steve always visit y/n, her wife and her grandchildren, y/n and y/n/w was finally feeling like they should forgive Steve and nat. They all forgave each other and now Steve and nat have the grandkids while y/n and y/n/w go on a date once a month.
