christmas is coming up and i couldn't be more excited

don't get me wrong thanksgiving is a great holiday but let's be real we all want christmas secretly

i made, well asked vinnie to go tree shopping the other day so of course we had to get ornaments and stockings

hallmark christmas movies are either hit or miss. the classic movies warm my heart  i mean there iconic now.

sometimes i feel bad that vinnie sits through them with me, but i do see him get teary at the end of the grinch so i know he enjoys it.

vinnie and i'd favorite pass time is cuddling, he doesn't seem like the affectionate type but oh is that wrong

you'd think for a vinnie he wouldn't enjoy that but physical touch is his favorite, he loves when i scratch his back with my nails

and now that's it's snowy out we stay inside and watch movies, drink coco and decorate. i mean i'm not complaining. christmas in seattle is amazing

currently we are cuddled up inside by the fireplace after snowboarding. vinnie and i have recently picked up that hobby

i wouldn't say we are bad but definitely not top tier, we are scrolling through christmas movies on netflix

"have you seen that falling for christmas?" vinnie asks

"yea too corny" i reply

"do you want a classic or a new movie?" he asks

then i see it.

"ELF" i scream

"elf it is!"  he says

we make our way from the fireplace to the couch and grab some big blankets

vinnie lays down first and i lay down right beside him

he wraps his arms around me as i laugh

he buries his head in the crook of my neck giving it a kiss

we throw on the movie sipping our coco

we picked a perfect time to come inside because it's just starting to snow again.
