i was born into a family in the spotlight, my mom was a model/ designer and my dad was an actor. some say i couldn't even escape the "fame" . my family was never around much so i really prioritized my hobbies. modeling bring one of them, following in my moms footsteps.  she's constantly overseas working. but i get to see her soon because she is hosting an event in paris where i has moved just a few months ago. this could be her way of trying to re-kindle our bond or maybe the only place she could book?

she has asked me to model some of her new summer collection, and i said yes it was going to be a big show. a lot of important people who could really help me get big gigs overseas.

the show is later tonight so i packed up my things and headed over to the venue. a car came and picked me up. when i arrived at the venue i was greeted by my mother immediately.

"hello dear it's so great to see you. you look beautiful Athena." she speaks in a light tone

"hello mother great to see you too"

"let's get you inside and start showing you around" my mothers aye grabbing my hand pulling me up the stairs to get inside the venue

it really is a beautiful place, night chandeliers, gold accents and beautiful sculptures

i make my way back into the "dressing rooms" i am seated next to the people who will go in before and after me

i'm met with a dirty blonde with a lot of tattoos. i really stare at him, i'm surprised my mother asked him to model with his body covered

"take a picture it will last longer" the joy i had been staring at says

"don't be so full of yourself" i jokingly reply

"Athena Grey" i put out my hand

"Vinnie Hacker" he take my hand up to his mouth and gives the back of my hand a kiss

"your charm isn't going to fool me" i say

"it already has" he reply's laughing

"so your Andoras daughter" vinnie asks

"in the flesh, want an autograph?"

"wow your not like what i expected." he questions

"so you thought i had no personality?" i ask

"a little but i am glad you do" he reply's

"i didn't mean to come off as rude, i was just staring at your tattoos"

"you like em' " he asks

"there something for sure, what's up the spider?"

"i just liked it, one day when i'm old and lose my memory i'm going to look down at my chest and scream thinking it is real" he laughs

"oh my gosh i'd have a panic attack" i laugh with him

we continue to talk as we are getting styled for later in the evening. i can hear people filling in the seats. i don't have nerves going into to this stuff. again i've grown up around shows, it's my everyday.

after everyone was done we all lined up and sent us off individually. it was almost my turn and i feel a tap on my shoulder

"nothing to worry about" vinnie speaks

"me worried please, i'm the one who should give you a pep talk" i answer

"whatever your up next!!" he whisper yells

next thing you know i'm on stage
