When we entered through the first gate it felt like my skin was being peeled off slowly. I just wanted to run out of the car or just disappear there and then.

We had finally stepped out of the car as I felt my heart hammering against my chest as different questions kept swirling in my head.

Am I wanted here? Did they just take pity on me? Did they know about me all this while? What about my real father? Did he just give me up after he separated with my mother? What if-

"Come on let's go in" Lorenzo said cutting off my thoughts.

I wasn't even sure why I was so nervous to meet them..

I saw Lorenzo type in some code before a click followed and the door opened.
Well here goes nothing....

I was standing with Lorenzo right beside me as three paid of eyes stared right at me. Intimidated was an understatement of how I felt. I quickly lowered my eyes as they just kept staring at me.

Okay it's getting awkward already...

"So boys how about you introduce yourself to your little sister here" Lorenzo said as if sensing the awkward situation I was in.

"No way! I'm not the only one seeing this right?" I quickly raised my head on that comment.

His face was just inches from mine. I widened my eyes in fear as I took a step back slightly bumping into Lorenzo before I moved away from him again.

I looked up from the overly excited blue eyed boy quickly regretting it as I met with more intimidating ones staring at me as if scanning my soul.

I really want to leave.

I raised my head to look at Lorenzo as if sending him a message telepathically.

As if sensing my discomfort he gave me a light nod and cleared his throat as the blue eyed boy jumping around excitedly screaming words I couldn't comprehend quickly shut up but the excited in his eyes were still visible.

"I said introduce your self not scare her away within 5 minutes of arriving!" He added in a tone I wondered whether it was serious or said in a joking manner.

The excited boy came forward as he brought a hand forward to shake mine.

"Heyy sorry about well all that. I'm Alessandro and I'm 18 years old I'm a senior and I am also a twin.....he should be here right now but-"

"Okayyyy I think that's enough" Lorenzo cut him off as he kept rambling on while Alessio just gave me a cheeky smile.

Was he excited about me being here?

"I'm Emilio" I raised my head toward the voice as I met with another pair of blue eyes but there was something different about his. It was like a mixture of blue and green like it changes colour.

Maybe I was the only one who got mother's eyes. I thought to myself which only made me a little bit annoyed and angry?

I shifted my gaze to the other guy who looked like he wanted to be anywhere but here maybe he didn't like that I'm here?. I noticed he also had like an icy blue eyes. Yupp I'm totally the odd one out.

I looked at him as if in anticipation of hearing how he would introduce himself.....?

"He's deaf and dumb" I heard Alessandro whisper to me. Oh.

I don't know why but I suddenly felt bad for him as I raised my hand to wave at him to say hello while he just eyed me which made me feel a little self conscious.
