I know I usually have an intro to my tips, but I mean, it's kinda self explanatory that these tips are on Character Development. I don't normally struggle with CD and I actually find it fun to make new characters and Character Development. It comes easy to me and with these tips, I hope maybe you'll find it easy as well!
Create dynamic pairs: Make two characters (bad or good) and make them clash. For example, make it so the two characters want the same thing, creating conflict
Arcs for the characters: Make it so the characters grow in some way (bad or good)
Make the characters' Intros more memorable. Give the characters weird quirks so they stand out more
