"Y/n are you done yet?" Miya looked at you, bored. The two of you were sitting in your office, well more like art room. You at the ripe age of 13 had a business not a big one, but big enough to where you'd get orders
This particular was one due in less than a days which meant you didn't have much time to finish so you were truly on a time crunch. The person wanted you paint their skates so paints brushes pallets anything that was of use was everywhere and Miya, your boyfriend was there to keep you company
Though the two of you weren't talking much and Miya was growing bored of just watching you skillfully paint the roller skates
"No Miya, you know this takes a while calm down" you were really focused right now and his whining was honestly annoying you "well then how about a break? You've been working non stop for 3 hours aren't you hungry"
"No. Now could please shut up" you turned on your shoulder and glared at him. His eyes widened before turning back to normal
"Fine then...i'm going to get something to eat you keep doing whatever you're doing" with that he walked out the room it wasn't until then that your realized what happened
Your brain was on auto pilot when working so whatever you said or did you didn't matter to you as long as work was done you quickly got up to apologize and found Miya in the kitchen pressing buttons on his Nintendo with the most annoyed expression you've ever seen
"Miya.." you trailed off
"What don't have work you should be doing" he says not even bothering to look back at you and continued pressing his switch
"I mean yeah- but what i said was rude so i wanted to apologize...i'm on a time crunch but that doesn't give any excuse to be rude" you say turning your head the opposite way you heard Miya sigh and thought he didn't accept you apology until you felt arms wrap around you
"It's okay..i shouldn't have kept bothering you like that...this was petty anyways i can't stay mad over something like this..." you sighed wrapping your arms around
You started to pull away but Miya wouldn't let you "sorry i know i said i'd let you work but just- a little longer please?" You gave in. You wrapped your arms around his neck and buried his face in the crook of you neck as you combed through hair your hands
Maybe a little break from Work would be okay?
