"HMM..?" I HUMMED as I opened my locker door. "Ooo what is Y/n?? Got a secret admirer or somethin'?" My friend asked hovering over my shoulder
I pulled the chocolate and the card from my locker with curiosity wondering who it could be from. Swiftly, i peeled off the heart shaped sticker—keeping the letter from—off then read it aloud for both me and my friend to hear
"Dear Y/n,
This is something really cliché, I know
But this was honestly the best way I could get my feelings out without some awkward...face-to-face talk. But to get straight to the point.
Y/n L/n I like you..
I hope I put this letter in the right locker if not, this would be quite embarrassing to say the least.
The person behind this note, as someone that you know, also quite known throughout the school as well. Black hair, green eyes, if you think you know who I am, please come find me.

I tapped my finger on my desk in anticipation. I was nervous... i had put the note in their locker in the morning now it being after lunch they'd have to have gone to their locker by now
'Wait that means their looking for-'
"Hey, Y/n!" I heard from outside the room, their friend obviously was back being quiet
'Wait no- NO- They come yet I haven't even-'

"Miya Chinen?" I walked in as I spotted just the person i was searching for "hey can-" just then, the bell rang cutting me off. I had no choice but to go to class at that point

"Finally!" I said, packing up my things, I left the room and immediately went back to Miya's classroom where I last saw him
I saw him walking out his class room with his head down possibly in thought? Whatever
"Chinen!" I ran up to him catching his attention. Though the floor was interesting to look at i had something I needed to ask him
"Can we talk?"
"Y-yeah sure" he looked nervous. I don't know why it wasn't that big of a deal

'Damn it i didn't mean to stutter...' the hands were shaking i was nervous, I knew this would happen sooner or later why am I so pent up?
"Wanna go near the benches outside?" I tilted my head slightly facing the direction of the benches "mhm, that's fine" with that, we headed out

"Soo...about the letter" they started looking off to the side "I...I've been meaning to tell you for a while L/n but I just couldn't find the right time.." I slightly mumbled the last bit nervously looking back up at them

"We'll seemed obvious enough" they stated putting their hands on their hips
"Huh-?" I stood straight up in surprise...'I was obvious?'
"Yeah obvious" they had read my mind it seemed like "don't think I don't feel eyes on me, and I had noticed too so have a couple of my friends. You suck at hiding your feelings, Miya..."
"Then- why didn't-"you put a finger to his lips, but the blush on his cheeks and ears didn't go unnoticed by me
"Just..because!" "Because?.."
I pulled back from being so close to one another, Miya looked disappointed with that. "Yep, just because"
I locked my arms behind my back I smiled, genuinely.
"Either way Miya, you're the one I have a crush on"
