Sydney's POV
I barely had gotten a glimpse of sleep when i heard the irritating ringing of my alarm clock pull me away from mere slumber.
I immediately slammed my thumb against the alarm button , forcing it to quiet down. I groaned irritatedly, my back against the headboard as i massaged my temples slowly.
I sighed loudly , stretching my upper body as i stood on my bare feet, looking at my tired form. My eyes were droopy and i looked like i was hungover. Great .
I dragged myself off to the bathroom , taking a much needed warm shower . After half an hour or so , i slowly made my way out of the bathroom .
I made my way down the hall for V's room. I knocked twice but upon receiving no response , i barged in to an empty room. I sighed loudly in despair ,waddling to her closet . At least this gave me the chance to burrow one of her hand bags.
Apparently , according to Rose's texts , she slept over at Jackson's . Meanwhile V didn't even bother explaining herself but just sent a happy birthday text . I guess the two must've really hit it off.
Other than birthday wishes from my two best friends , i was quite happy when i came across a text from Leone also wishing me a happy birthday . Even after what had happened the previous night , he was still thoughtful enough to remember. That was just his character.
I took my sweet time to properly get dressed. Yes , i had work but it was my 20th birthday i had to look pretty whilst doing it . Oh who was i kidding , i just really wanted to wear one of the 'Relatable- Fits ' i had been sent a while ago by the clothing brand.
Barely being able to apply make up by myself, i opted for a simple hot pink lips gloss and lip liner . V was the one who did my make up at home so without her i was just a kindergartner drawing on their face.
I made myself a quick breakfast after getting ready because i knew the car would come to pick me up in a matter if minutes. I quickly finished up and cleaned up after myself.
I had just enough time to take a quick mirror selfie and post it on my feed when i got a notification from the driver of his arrival .
