Caleb was in his room, just mumbolong something about not realy liking this time of year when he was hit by a water balloon
Caleb: CLEO!!!
Cleo comes out behind the other bed in the room
Cleo: Aww, you're no fun!
She jumped onto the bed
Caleb: Why can't you just leave me alone!!
Cleo: Cause it's Christmas time and we're on vaccation!! Everyone in the festive mood, so happy, and you're in here, all alone, like a gremlin!
Caleb: Says the one who already is one
Cleo: I'm only trying to help you! You're a real scrooge you know. All I'm trying to do it show you the fun in life and you just Bag Humbug everything I say or do
Caleb: You wanna help me? Leave me alone!
Cleo: Fine
She made her way to the door when he looked back
Cleo: Just, if you change your mind
She turns back into her Human form We'll happily include you
Caleb doesn't say anything and Cleo leaves
Outside his room
Mia: Did it work?
Cleo: No...
Mia: Come on, don't let his mood bum yours down!
Cleo: I know, I think the hotel has a life sized gingerbread house! Wanna go see it?
Mia: Yeah!!
Later on in Cleo's room, she was just laying on her bed, trying to think of something for Caleb's feelings
Cleo: There has to be something I can do. All I need is-
An idea popped into her head and she grew a smirk across her head
Cleo: All he needs is a little fairy dust. Or should I say, Pesky Dust!!
She switches the dial, and and turns to Pesky Dust
Pesky Dust: Hope you're ready to dream little bro!
In Caleb's dreams
???: Wake up, young one!
Claeb starts to wake up to see Cleo as Pesky Dust
Caleb: What did I say about leaving me alone!!
Pesky Dust: Caleb, please. Just in your dreams tonight, and I'll leave you alone if you truly want me to. Ok?
Caleb: Fine. If it means you will finally leave me alone, I'll do it
Pesky Dust: Alright then!
She creates a cloud of purple smoke and they fade into an old memory
Pesky Dust: Any of this familiar?
Caleb: An orphanage. So?
Pesky Dust: Not just an orphanage, the orphanage. The one you used to live in for 3 years. The orphanage you lived in for years without anyone. You were waiting for any joy, anything to happen to you and give you the life you've always wanted
Young Caleb was just sleeping. He spent most of the days struggling to be with the other orphans, but hopefully it will change soon as the science fair is tomorrow! He wasn't sure how it would help, but he was optimistic. 'Fairy' dust sprinkled all over Caleb's eyes as he started to cough
Cleo: Sorry
Transition to the next day
Caleb was getting his first ever true invention ready for the judges. There were 2 already but the 3rd was going to be a surprise
