Super Shenanigans Next Generation

One Year of Wattpad Later

t's been done. IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENED!!! I've made a true story and it's now been a full year of incredible success!!! Seriously, I joke around and always say how much I appreciate it, but every single one of you guys who read is incredible!! So cause it's officially a year, let's do a little rundown of the past and future

Past

I still can't believe how it all started. I made a little story while talking to a streamer, and she recommended I post it. I haven't seen her stream in about a year now but I do wanna know how she's doing. Her username is KaycieBear on Twitch by the way. And on the first day, I got over 100 reads!! I think the exact number was around 125ish but hey, it was all I needed to start writing more.

Season 2 was... I guess it was a way of me trying to write my own stuff instead of versions of ES. Definitely not proud of some chapter... *cough* Clowning Around. *cough* but others I was proud of like Puppy Love and Nature's Blessing. I may do a different version of Puppy Love in Next Gen.

Season 3. Oh god season 3. It has my favorite, and least favorite chapters!!! Let's start with something positive, Every Hero Has A Tragic Backstory is my favorite going back in time story, School Trouble I think was a good way to really show how smart Sunshine really is (even though she's 4 so I may have to change some things cause no 4 year old should be going to school) and sort of what goes on in her mind and dreams for those who have never read Sunshine's Dreamventure, and especially Whatever We Feel Like cause of all the random jokes I've been wanting to use I used there. And now for the negative. All. Of. The. Nether. STUFF!!! God I really wanted it to work. I really did!!! But I don't know how to write combat!!! Seriously, I'm trying to do better with it in other stories and even here but it did not work at all!!! And like one of my many hot takes of ES, combat/evil taking over the world or whatever, just doesn't fit!!! I should really write down all my ES hot takes, I got a lot especially with fan stories. Felt like it came out of nowhere, just didn't make sense, *sigh.* I guess I should say I had an idea where the ending would be everyone fighting the nether and winning, Spark almost dies because an arrow shot through his head, but missed his brain so he survived, then made a stupid joke, shot the king and won, and when Ella sees Spark finally, he just asks if she wants to get married. But I have a much better proposal planned for Spark I may use eventually

Next Generation

Straight up, I needed more time to plan out characters! My biggest recommendation to anyone writing is plan out your characters before you write!! Make sure the difference in the character's personalities is clear, and they aren't just some stereotypes unless you're trying to do that.

Future

Well like I said, I don't really like Next Generation. I think it's a mix of the same problems as before, with not fleshing out every character, and also not planning everyone out. So to combat this, I have 2 ideas. Do my absolute best to salvage what I can, or scrap the story and use it for spare parts in a new sequel to Super Shenanigans, 'Super Shenanigans: A Brighter Future' or something like that. This one would have Sunshine and Alex starting the new squad, as Sunshine is trying to honestly figure out what to do with her life now that she's not living with her parents. Mia would come back with a different yet very similar past and no Rocky, there would be a character much like Lola but worse and appear a lot more, and another 2 characters who I haven't figured out currently. It would be a little more serious with some topics, but also more goofy with Sonic Boom kind of comedy with Sunshine, Mia being sorta like Luz from Owl House (pre big sad, more back when the show was episodic (for the record, I have never seen a single episode. Just a lot of goofy comics so my knowledge is mostly based off of that) cause that's my favorite Luz), and Alex being the more reasonable one, but still have a good dynamic with Sunshine where they keep joking with each other, usually making fun of something the other did at one point. I would be doing a lot of world building beyond the squad. More of outside the squad lives, more about Plasma Town, and of course more about other dimensions and all of Spark's Bounty Hunting stuff. I even have a bunch of ideas for things like a common Bounty Hunter hangout, a few of the parent's jobs, and alternate futures for the OG squad (alternate compared to the Next Gen futures. All positive!) Not saying all, but Lapis and possibly a few others may be making comics

Outside of the Story

One of my all-time biggest wants is real art of everyone! I do want my characters to have faces for people to imagine but the problem is cost. I have a few people I would like to commission, but the price to get everyone will be a lot more than I'd be willing to spend all in one go. I have sliiightly considered a patreon or something like that where people could give money to help fund the idea, but I don't want to take people's money, and I definitely don't have enough of a fanbase to do that. Some day it'll be done! Odds are Spark or Sunshine first. If anyone knows any good artists who do commissions I'll look into any suggestions! I do have my eye on a few though

Future for my Wattpad

I have a few ideas for 2 stories, odds are they'll never get past the idea or first chapter phase. Sunshine's Dreamventure is dead, and The Bright Witch Child was a random idea and I honestly did it just because of a comment I posted on a YouTube video but I have no passion for continuing it, so the odds are it's gonna be scrapped too. The original SS is finished, you already know how I feel about Next Gen, and Keebtopia's gonna keep going! No doubt about that!

Future of Party-Tron

Community, it's going to keep going and I'm still working on the discord to make it better. Youtube, I have considered making a channel where I do real life story times, sorta like Jaiden Animations, Let Me Explain Studios, Odd1sOut, but instead of doing it animated I'll be doing them in Minecraft! So basically I'd be a mix of old Jaiden Animations, and ExplodingTNT! But I may also make story chapters in minecraft. Streaming, I may start doing small streams where I just mess on TF2 Hightower servers, or other random games for fun. Also, I may be a Vtuber, BUT PURELY TO ANNOY A FRIEND!!! You know who you are dude, I'm sorry, but also not because this was all to annoy you! But if I did do V-tubing, I would do it until he found out then quit.

But hey, that's all I wanted to say. It honestly feels incredible to know you guys enjoy my writing. But also, I'm on Discord nearly every day.
