Quirk: Magnetic Shock

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Electric and Magnetic

Ability - The user produces red and pink electricity that has electromagnetic properties. The electricity that the user produces is formed in two different segments, the pink laser and red electric sparks. The pink laser is what the user produces from the pads on their palms. The laser the user fires can either be a straight beam with below average abilities of creating force and minor burns. Or it can be a large orb, around 60cm in diameter and it has larger physical force capabilities and burn potential but slower and easier to dodge and predict than the beam. Those pink lasers are what creates the red electricity, and they constantly spark and buzz off of the pink electricity. The red electricity is magnetic and will jump towards magnetic items and pull them towards the pink laser. The beam has a magnetic pull of up to 150 centimetres away and the orb can reach 400 centimetres. The magnetic grasp the laser has can be manipulated by the user. The user can move the metal objects up and down the beam, towards the user or further away. The user can also make the objects shoot like rockets from the beam or allow them to limply fall when the user deactivates their quirk. The orbs can do that but without the need to deactivate the quirk.

Combat Range: Long and Medium

Disadvantage: - The longer the user has their quirk activated, their palms generate electromagnetic force of their own which can't be deactivated. So, the user can get random items stuck to their palms, blocking their ability to activate their quirk and sometimes they can stick their palms together and not be able to remove them.

- Use of the quirk can induce nausea to the user and others to close to the pink laser the user emits.

Special Moves: Scissor Beam. - The user points their palms behind them and activate a beam on both of their palms. They then swing their arms around to the point they are aiming. This will squeeze whatever point the user chose with the hard pink beams and the injuries could be worse if the beams brought along metal objects.

Moving Sun. - The user summons an active orb before pushing it forward with great speed with the beam. Doing this increases the rate of electromagnetic force is generated in the palms however this negates the orbs weakness of moving slowly.

My Input (Not Necessary): This is another two-part quirk which I have taken an interest into thinking off. However, one part of this quirk can't work without the other which is how I feel double quirks should work.
