Inner Storm

Quirk: Inner Storm

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Air, Electric and Strength Enhancement

Ability - The user has compacted clouds inside of their body, giving the user enhanced physical strength. These clouds are a powerful storm that the user can bellow out from their mouth, a powerful torrent of air rushes from the user with a dark compacted cloud that remains for a few seconds before dispersing, the user able to use it as a smokescreen. The force from the user projecting these clouds makes a loud unearthly roar. The user can also produce blue bolts of lightning that fly in a straight line from the user's mouth and travel 20 metres. If the lightning travels through one of the user's clouds, the clouds become significantly darker and have a buzzing electricity effect for a short time after that. The user's skin is rubbery and stretchable, giving them resistance to their own electricity in the clouds and other electric attack. The stretchy skin gives the user another ability. If the user deeply inhales, they grow over twice their size and become even stronger, however they are slower and lose the ability to produce electricity. The user can't maintain this form for more than five minutes, the user will gush out a large amount of clouds in a deafening roar, returning to normal size. 

Combat Range: Medium and Close

Disadvantage: - Because the user has to roar to unleash their clouds, it'll wear down the user's vocal cords. Meaning if the user is using it too much in long fight, their quirk will slowly become less effective or they'll be feeling the effects of their actions the next day. 

- The user is withered and soar after transforming, leaving them unable to produce more clouds for a short while.

- Although the user is significantly stronger in their giant form, their slower speed and lack of other ability usually means that this form is easier to take down. 

- The user's quirk only works from their mouth, a point that opponents can take advantage of. 

- When using their quirk in all ways, the user has to significantly slow down, meaning it may cause the user difficulty in keeping up against a fast opponent or multiple opponents. 

Special Moves: Wild Kaiju - The user will inhale deeply to more than double their size, becoming heavier, more durable and stronger at the cost of speed and their lightning capabilities. As well as their ability to bellow clouds as that will deactivate the enhanced form. 

Hero/Villain Names: Behemoth, Wild Storm, Rolling Thunder

My Input (Not Necessary): This quirk may have one too many different abilities to properly work as a quirk. Seems more they have the power of a thunderstorm then just having a superpower based off one if that makes sense. Not every power on other fictional characters like Wild Storm will be able to perfectly translate into a singular quirk but I still think this is really cool.
