Shadow Stream

Quirk: Shadow Stream

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Dark and Speed Enhancement

Ability - The user is able to manipulate a dark shroud that acts like wind. Shadows or darkness has to be bear the user for the user to be able to create the dark wind. The dark wind is opaque and can't be seen through. The user can fire the wind off of their body that is in a dark area, a tornado stream flying away from the user. If the stream hits a person or object, the stream is suctioned to them which pulls both the user and the hit item/person together. The user can choose to be pulled without resistance, able to fly wildly towards the end of the stream. The connecting darkness flails without manipulation, meaning that it may hit other things close by but also if the user is pulled, they will flop around everywhere. Or the user can shroud themselves in the dark wind like a tornado, the wind forming the shape of a diamond (or spinning top). The user can then move around at high speeds, able to also jump extremely high. If the user makes contact with another, the tornado will disperse, launching the thing it hit away. Once the dark wind is created, the wind can move into light. 

Combat Range: Long and Close

Disadvantage: - After summoning the dark wind off from the user, that area is extremely sensitive and if harmed, can cause the user to pass out. 

- After emerging out from the dark tornado, the user will be temporarily blinded from the change in light. 

- Enough force against the user, the thing at the end of the stream or harsh interference in the middle of the stream can break the connection the user has with the thing.

- Without surrounding darkness, the user will have a hard time using their quirk.

Special Moves: Cyclone Raceway - The user has unleashed two or more spinning streams onto people or things before shrouding themselves into a tornado. The user then moves away, the suction forcefully dragging everything along at high speeds.

My Input (Not Necessary): I picture the user wearing baggy clothes with a lot of empty space under he users arm from the sleeve to unleash the streams.
