Quirk: Plunder

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Spiritual, Mental and Telekenetic

Ability - If a person learns a new fact about the user, anything they have touched within the last 5 seconds, the user can then touch and put under their control. Items under the user's control will be concealed in an orb that is 15 centimetres in diameter and float around the user. An enemy will have to learn a new fact in order to create a new orb. The user can control the orbs and have them attack others up two 50 metres away. The orbs have enough power to dent metal. After thirty minutes, the orbs will disappear, leaving the item they stole behind. The user can disable their orbs whenever they want. (New facts can't be my name is Jake, then there are two vowels in my name. Has to be on new subjects.) The user knows who their quirk is activated on. 

Combat Range: Close and Medium

Disadvantage: - If enemies aren't listening to the user, they never lean anything new and the user never gains their quirks ability. 

- The user can only have twenty orbs items at a time.

- The items stolen can't be anything bigger then half the size of a person or over 20 kilograms. Item orbs can't hold organic items.

Special Moves: Pirates Rally - The user has at least ten orbs flying above an enemy and slams them into an enemy one at a time with high force, not giving the enemy a momentum to recuperate.

My Input (Not Necessary): I came up with this quirk by making a quirk around the word plunder and I think this came out pretty good. A pirate who tells weird facts like a cocky shit to then try and steal items from their enemy and attack them with an orb I believe is interesting.
