Quirk: Negative Charge

Quirk Class: Mental, Creation

Ability - The user can steal the negative emotions off of others within close proximity and use them to charge fluorescent bulbs points on their body. The user has one on the back of each hand, one right above the foot on each leg on one on the back of their head. Each bulb secretly absorbs negative emotion from the people around the user, slowly glowing brighter with more energy from the more absorbed emotion they had. The user can unleash a dark purple matter that has slightly different property depending on the emotions drained but typically it dissolves and disappears after pressing against a surface briefly. Anger or anger adjacent emotions make the purple substance unruly, giving it an effect like fire without the ability to burn but leave mixtures of cuts and bruises. Sadness or sadness adjacent emotions bring a goopy effect to the substance that is far more manipulatable and remains active longer even after pressure. Disgust, stress or cruel intention emotions is more gaseous than the anger emotions but has slim liquid purple substance flowing through it simultaneously that can spray or shoot out. Fear and shame allow the user to materalise purple blankets that quickly dissolve even without pressure, but they allow the user to fly and things close to them as well. The user can absorb negative emotions from others, making people feel better, however it has little affect against malicious emotions. The usual charge rate is slow but invisible and forced on people within 5 metres, but the user can enhance this to drain negative emotions incredibly quickly but visible via purple strands and up to 12 metres away. 

Combat Range: Medium and Long

Disadvantage: - The user removes bad emotions that can affect how an opponent may act, putting them in a much better mood to think and act against you. 

- Charge of negative emotion naturally diminish from the user. If they don't have enough stored for a fight and the opponent is to happy or too strong that draining what negative emotions, they can easily leave the user powerless.

- When the user is charged with a lot of negative emotion, they feel worse and are more prone to sickness. They also are more prone to those negative emotions if they are charged. The user can only stop draining when producing the purple substance. 

- The user can't drain and produce purple substance simultaneously and is a two second period if the user wants to switch.

Special Moves: Tantrum Unleash - The user drains all the emotions they can quickly and unleash everything they have stored in a full purple burst sphere with them in the centre. With the fear and pain, they create, the user drains as much as they can.

Hero/Villain Names: Psycho, Sanity, Mood Swing

My Input (Not Necessary): I mainly created this quirk as a way to have a powerful quirk but the drawback is significant to the point that the user probably doesn't want it. The only way this quirk can realistically work is if the user is a villain and is incredibly cocky and the negative emotion they absorb is transformed into malicious intent. That might also be natural as the user can't turn their quirk off and absorbs negative emotions and doesn't want to be angry or sad.
