Quirk: White Lightning
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Electric (Plasma)
Ability - Using the plasma in their blood, the user can extract it into a form incredibly close to electricity. This electricity is white but can't charge electronics, fries them instead. It is incredibly unstable, so the user wears a lot of conductive material for the plasma to travel through in order to become easier to control. The user can usually only produce a few thin lines of white lightning at a time and they are very small, however they have the power to lift the user in the air and essentially grant flight. They can trap people from moving for a brief moment before launching them away and can shoot people off of the ground. The user can force out more lightning and concentrate it to better act as a shield or a projectile to inflict brute force harm but doing so can cause blood vessels to burst, blood flow to become immense and muscles to stop functioning.
Combat Range: Long
Disadvantage: - The user draws out plasma in their blood, meaning it becomes dangerous to use their quirk if they are bleeding.
- Extracting plasma prevents the ability from blood clots on forming, removing the electrolytes our muscles need to function and to be supplied with proper nutrients after.
- If neither the user or the enemy has conductible objects on their person, it is pretty difficult to control their quirk.
Special Moves: Quasi-Storm - The user flies in the air and from their lower half, rain down several lightning volts around and try and push people directly under them. With objects and people launched in one place, the user traps them in a vault of white lightning and throw them away like a wrecking ball.
Hero/Villain Names: Genesis, Plaso, Quasi-Menace
My Input (Not Necessary): A powerful quirk that is definitely in the realm of more super power then quirk but I tried. I definitely see the user being a cocky thug with a bunch of jewelry but is on the hero track. Just an asshole.
