Chaos For All (My Hero Academia OC Story)

Prologue: ORIGINS

The story first shows the sound of rain in a city. The sound of Thunder was heard, and lightning struck. In the city, a silhouette of a man was walking down the street. All the sudden, the rain began to slow down, but the man was still moving. As he walks, a voice is heard.

???'s Voice: We're all the result of the choices we've made. Especially when they result in a world with a society filled with those who have superpowers. Some become heroes. Others become villains. And in some cases... become neither... In my case, it's honestly hard to know what I am anymore. These last few months have worn and changed me. Enough that I show both traits to be a hero and villain.

The camera then looks up to the rain in sky. And the voice continues.

Arcturus's Voice: Oh, sorry. I'm getting a bit too far ahead. Let me start from the beginning. My name's Arcturus Farron, and this is the story of how I became the Fastest Hero Alive.

*11 YEARS AGO*

At a playground in kindergarten, two boys were shown facing off against three others. With the two boys, one was on the ground crying, while the other was crying but was trying to hold his guard.

Young Izuku: Why are you being so mean? You're making him cry, Kacchan! (Shakingly holds his hands up to fight) if you keep on hurting him, uh... I'll, uh... I'll stop you myself!

Young Katsuki: Hmph. You wanna pretend to be a hero? (Blasts a small explosion in his palm) you don't stand a chance without a quirk. Deku.

Izuku closes his eyes as Katsuki gets ready to hit him with his quirk. But then, a sound of a whoosh was heard, and Katsuki gets hit and pushed back. Izuku opens his eyes to see two kids standing protective in front of him. One was a boy with brown hair, one left brown eye and one silver right eye, and in a blue shirt and the other was a brown haired girl with a red dress and a red tie in her hair.

Young Arcturus: Back off, Kacchan!

Young Wanda: Yeah, leave him alone, you big bully!

Young Katsuki: (pissed) This has nothing to do with you or the Witch Girl, Speedy! Step aside or I'll—

Young Arcturus: You'll what? Blast me? We both know you couldn't hit me. Now leave Izuku alone.

The two glare at each other, until the blonde hair kid turns and leaves with the other two boys.

Young Katsuki: You live this time, Deku. But Speedy won't always be there to save you!

Once he leaves, Arc and Wanda turn back to Izuku and they help him and the boy up.

Young Arcturus: You okay, Izuku?

Young Izuku: (wipes his eyes) yeah. Thanks guys.

Young Wanda: why do you keep hanging out with him, Izuku? Kachan's a jerk and so is everyone else.

Young Izuku: I know, but his quirk's amazing.

Young Arcturus: Amazing quirk or not, he's a bully. But, (smiles) I'm glad you stood up against him.

The three smile and the older Arc's voice returned.

Arcturus's Voice: Izuku Midoriya and Wanda Maximoff. Ever since we were kids, we've been friends. That other kid was Katsuki Bakugo. Izuku always admired him despite him being an little shit. Even when we were just out of preschool. The four of us knew each other for years.

*9 YEARS LATER*

Now in close to present day, a lone stream of blue lightning was zooming through the streets. It was making turns and racing between vehicles.
