*Knock, knock, knock*

Kaley: Arthur?

Arthur: uh, yes?

Kaley: oh, sorry to wake you, wasn't sure if you were up or not, Rose just left to take her daughter to school, there's breakfast downstairs if you want any

Arthur: thanks, I'll be down in a minute

Kaley: ok, let me know if you need anything

Arthur: ok, thanks

Getting out of bed, I try placing pressure on my leg, ah, stings a little but not as bad as last night, walking to the bathroom, I look myself in the mirror, not a face I remember ever seeing before, still don't remember anything, but I've got a beard now, guess furries don't grow facial hair like humans so they don't need shaving stuff,

Exiting the bathroom and entering the hallway, I see lots of paintings around the place, along with plenty of well stocked bookshelves, heading downstairs, I see Kaley sitting on the couch reading a book,

Arthur: what are you reading?

Kaley: oh, just a special book that Rose's wife wrote about eight years ago, here see

She flips to the back of the book where a little blue paw print is on it,

Kaley: that's Anna's first paw print

Arthur: that would be special, especially for a mother, wish I could remember my mother

Kaley: sorry, guess all you can remember is everything since waking up

Arthur: yeah, but maybe one day I can remember

Kaley: yeah, oh, by the way, I guess you don't have a change of clothes do you

Arthur: no, I've been wearing this uniform for the past month, it's really the only thing I have from my past

Kaley: ok, well, go ahead and eat something, and I'll go see if there's anything here that will fit you, I know my husband left some clothes here somewhere

And with that, Kaley directs me to the kitchen then heads upstairs, after eating Kaley returns with some clothes,

Kaley: it's not much, but these should fit you, though there aren't any shoes that would fit you

Arthur: thanks, and that's ok, I'm ok wearing these boots

Taking the clothes, I head back upstairs to the guest room and get changed, they fit remarkably well, a little itchy from the loose wolf fur but I can't really complain can I, looking in the mirror, I look a bit like a woodsman, with a long sleeve red flannel jacket and work pants, along with the beard, as I leave the guest room, I hear a car pull up to the house, heading downstairs I see that Rose has returned,

Rose: you look good, for a second there I thought that Kevin was here

Arthur: thanks, you look good too, especially with that light leather jacket

Rose: this old thing, I've had it for ten years now, but thanks

Kaley: really, it's only been that long and to think we've all been married for about eight or nine years each

Arthur: I guess you all must be very young then, sorry if that's to personal, anyway, is there anything I can do to help out, I don't want to feel like a burden to any of you

Rose: not at all, we're happy to help you out

Kaley: like I said you can stay as long as you need

Arthur: please, I insist that I do something to repay your kindness
