A quiet groan left the mouth of the one and only y/n Tennyson Romanoff, awakening in his bed. He goes to sit up, but is stopped by a weight on top of him. Lifting the blanket off of him, y/n was able to see what was keeping him down.

His lovely fiancee shuri resting on his chest, peacefully sleeping. At the mere sight of her, the magaster couldn't help but smile. He takes a moment to admire her, to take in her beauty. Her shorter hair was definitely a surprise at first, but he has definitely taken a Liking to it.

Feeling her shuffle around, y/n leans forward, giving her a kiss on the head, which awakens his sleeping beauty.

Y/n: "mornin' princess~"

Shuri: "mm.. I love it when you call me that.."

Y/n: "what, your title?"

Shuri: "but you make it sound like I'm your princess..~"

Y/n: "well, you aren't wrong"

Now with shuri awake, y/n sits up, with the princess of wakanda holding onto y/n desperately.

Y/n: "come on sweetheart, we need to get up"

Shuri: "and why do we have to get up exactly..?"

Y/n: "well- uh.. we um.. have too-"

Suddenly, from the front door, zed bursts through, a look of worry on her face.

Y/n: "-deal with whatever is happening with zed!"

Zed looks confused, but shakes it off, and moves to the counter activating the hollow screen, playing the news.

News person: "We come to you now with revelations about last week's attack in London. An anonymous source provided this video. It shows Quentin Beck, a.k.a. Mysterio, moments before his death. A warning, you may find this video disturbing"

The news shows a video of a bloodied man in a green and purple outfit. At this point is when y/n and shuri rush out of bed to join zed in watching who they presumed to be this Quentin beck person.

Quentin: "I managed to send the Elemental back through the dimensional rift, but I don't think I'm gonna make it off this bridge alive. Spider-Man attacked me for some reason! He has an army of weaponized drones, Stark technology. He's saying he's the only one who's gonna be the new Iron Man, no one else!"

Y/n: "what..?"

An AI voice talks on screen through a second video feed.

AI: "Are you sure you want to commence the drone attack? There will be significant casualties"

Spider-Man: "Do it! Execute them all!"

The video changes to one of several drones, each exploding right onto the bridge that was there.

News person: "This shocking video was released earlier today, on the controversial news website TheDailyBugle.net"

J. Jonah Jameson: "There you have it, folks: Conclusive proof that Spider-Man was responsible for the brutal murder of Mysterio, an interdimensional warrior who gave his life to protect our planet, and who will no doubt go down in history as the greatest superhero of all time. But that's not all, folks. Here's the real blockbuster. Brace yourselves, you might wanna sit down"

Quentin: "Spider-Man's real... Spider-Man's real name is… Spider-Man's name is Peter Parker!"

The news shows an image of Peter, as y/n stared at the screen in pure horror.
