Inosuke whining and complaining as he saw the three other hashira's blade turning red.

Before both Kanao and Zenitsu could finished the sentence of explanation to Inosuke, they were interrupted by the shouting voice of Sanemi calling for Kanae. Now that Sanemi had picked up the talisman, it allows him to see other people that wore it too.

"K—kanao—."

Kanae called out her younger sister name with suffocation. And right before her eyes, she saw it, a bright red flame separating Muzan from Kanao.
