"Hey everybody." Key smiled as she walked into her granny's house with Ace.
"Wassup cuzzo." and "Hey baby."
Sounded around her as everyone looked up from what they were doing and greeted her.
"I know that ain Ace." One of Key's aunts hollered out from the kitchen.
"Yes ma'am."
"Wassup everybody." Ace spoke.
"Kierra, y'all come in here and give me a hug." Her granny, Alice, called as she walked out of a hallway.
Key grabbed Ace's hand then led him to follow her granny. They walked down the hallway until they made it into her room.
"Ms. Alice why you not out there?" Key asked as she shut the door behind them.
Her granny lit a blunt then looked over at her granddaughter.
"Gotta prepare myself, I know they gon piss me off today."
Ace chuckled as he sat on her couch.
"Boy get up and give me a hug.. ain seen you in a minute."
"Hmm.." he sounded as he pulled a baggie of weed out of his pocket and placed it in her hand.
"This from yo boy?" Alice asked.
"Fasho." Ace nodded
This caused Key to gasp, only to be ignored by the two as they continued talking.
"How y'all been?" Ms. Alice asked once they all settled down.
"Good." Key smiled. "What about you granny? How was your trip?"
"Mmm girl you know it was actually good, I just wish I hadn't gon wit the church." She shook her head.
"Why?"
"Couldn't do what I wanted for real.."
Ace shook his head as he rested his head on Key's shoulder, Key instinctively rubbed his cheek a little.
Alice eyed the two for a moment before squinting her eyes.
"Y'all fucking?" She blurted out.
Key let out a noise as Ace laughed.
"Ms. Alice.. no!" Key exclaimed.
"We not just friends tho." Ace shrugged.
Alice reached over to dap him up, "You cuffed that?"
"Hell yea." Ace nodded.
"Type shit." Alice smiled.
"You're such a bad influence on each other." Key said eyeing them.
