ANGEL CHOSE TO IGNORE THE FAINT SOUND of explosions that rang out from where the Argo II landed as he had a suspicion that it was most likely due to Terminus. But he didn't care for it at the moment as he was far too excited to see Annabeth as he, alongside the rest of the Roman Legion continued to make their way towards the forum.

Angel held a small smile lining his lips as Percy playfully kicked his butt to get him to walk faster when Angel slowed down. Angel snorted as he was pushed forward, turning around to shot Percy a playful glare that Percy just smirked at. Both boys were so obviously over the moon in excitement to see Annabeth.

It didn't matter that Angel's talked to her a good handful of times since he's last seen her, that didn't mean that Angel didn't miss her touch, her hugs, her voice in real time. Calling through Iris Message will never come close to the feeling of seeing and being able to hold her in real life.

Plus with all the recent losses that Angel's taken, his dream of Silena this morning, all of it would be so much easier to handle once Annabeth was with him. She was exactly what Angel needed in that moment.

His eyes were constantly on the move, switching between glancing behind him at the trio that strolled behind him and the ship the was floating before him above the forum. Angel caught sight of the rope ladder that rolled down from the ship and his smile widened into a large, bright, beaming grin.
