ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ Silas is a sweet kid who tends to make friends quickly. He doesn't commonly have issues with people and is liked by the majority. Silas tends to be the person everyone feels they can go to when they needs to vent about something or need to feel validated. Because of this Silas is usually quick to be put in the friendzone. He has had a few girlfriends before, but usually they find more interest in being friends than in a relationship with him. Silas will always help someone who asks and doesn't hesitate to give them the time of day. Although Silas is a kind hearted person, he gives everyone the same smile until they prove to him that they can't be trusted. Silas is big on trust and once it's broken he doesn't give it back easily. Silas also has a RBF (resting B face) making strangers think he's darker than he actually is. Silas will stand up for what he believes is right, even if it results in a physical fight - something he's not foreign to after growing up being bullied for his deafness.

ʙᴀᴄᴋɢʀᴏᴜɴᴅ Silas was put into the system as a toddler, he has never know his birth parents and doesn't have much care to know much about them. The way he sees it, they moved on without him so he shouldn't stop and wait for them. Silas struggled to find a permanent home due to his illness and disability, not many families was a damaged child. Silas went from foster home to group home to foster home throughout his life, not finding a stable home until he was fourteen. He was taken in by his foster mothers Kelly and Nicole Rowan. Kelly herself is deaf so Silas quickly felt comfort in his new home with a speak mom and deaf mom. With Silas being so close to aging out of the system, his mothers and him decided not fully adopt him since he would turn eighteen before the process would be completed. Silas still looks at his new moms as guardians and is thankful for having a stable home. Even though he is completely deaf, Silas can hear when he has his implants on and can speak fluent English. Some people don't realize he is deaf since he speaks so clearly and his hair tends to hide his devices.
