Pitiful Children | Holland Grove

WHAT IS PITIFUL CHILDREN ROLE-PLAY? The pitiful children role-play is a creative, mystery role-play that is a story of different kids trying to maintain their normal lives after the death of a fellow friend/student. Everything seems to be going fine, until many come out saying they have been seeing sightings of the girl, some who never even knew her. This is a limited role-play with under six spots remaining.

PERSONALITY : Holland is the person everyone wants to have involved in their lives. He is a very forgiving and trustful person, even to those he doesn't know. He has been described of a girls fairytale boyfriend and a man's best friend. Holland commonly worries his girlfriend that he is flirting, though it is just his very caring and positive personality that causes this. Holland doesn't always feel like he fits in with 'normal' people, even though everyone who meets him loves who he is and what he brings to a group. When it comes to his girlfriend, Holland is very protective and sweet. He loves to show her how important she is to him and that she makes him the person that he is. Deep down Holland feels that she is the one he was meant to find and would do anything to keep her safe and happy. 

BACKSTORY : Growing up Holland was a innocent child in a troubled world. At the age of seven he was evicted from his home and taken from his mother due to her constant usage of drugs and intoxication. Because of Holland's personality, he would believe his mother when she said that she was changing and wanting to be apart of her sons life. Constantly Holland would find her with drugs or on them, but he always gave his mother another chance. Holland's mother's overdose hit him hard and put him in a dark place. He was left to live with a distant family friend that he hardly knew. Through out all of this he was close to one girl that helped him smile through these tough times and she was the only person that knew what was happening in his home. Towards the end of middle school he fell for her and made her his girl. He has been with her since, everyone thinks their only together for the benefits and are about to break, but Holland can't see himself with anyone else.

FLAWS : Holland is very hard on himself for any mistakes he makes in his relationships, with girlfriend and other people. The constant worry of doing something wrong or that he may doing something to cause trouble between him and his girlfriend weighs heavy on him. Holland commonly doesn't show how much stress he's under from all the kept in emotion, the only one who he truly shows it to is his girlfriend; though he even keeps it from her at times, not wanting to worry her with his issues.
